That's not just martial arts, that's a family, had I discovered such conditioning can be achieved at a young age today I'd be broke or could break anything, kind of superhuman, some of the things the old men can do.

I miss having Higaonna Sensei out here in California. Do not ever take things lightly in life. During the 1990's: " I was training with Sensei Higaonna, Sensei Hu, & Professor Rickson Gracie. Then as time passed. Rickson stop teaching (only doing seminars) after his son Rockson passed awsy. Sensei Higsonnna left the USA & lives and teaches in Okinawa

Yes, we drink a lot. I live here and have toned it down over the years. The Japanese could call it 'conversation lubrication' or 'truth serum'. Back in rural Canada where I'm originally from, we might call it 'loudmouth soup' (credit Jim Carrey).

In UFC including match between Gracie and Barraka Lion Sleeper Rear Choke (but first movement of of Seipai Kata shows the easiest way to take of rear choke as I demostrated in a Kumite with no casualtys as Sensei) you see only white belt techniques like sucker fist that eik-ni-sae-dae-ich shows how to counter with high uke, or kicks with no effectiveness also first katas, all West poorest techniques.I guess by the Goju-Tyu Goyu-Kai law of belt degrading for mortals that certificate its rise belt after stand should pink belt even for Ramirez. You lost your Honor, but ITFTaekwondo will be fully demostrated as inefective white belt using these techniques in a Kumite soon with all UFC.

Alcohol is LGBTIQ ABRAHAM background. First you must learn to appreciate the drink, Before like it. Since it WEAKEN CHARACTER. SPECIALLY WHEN DRINK a few glasses to much, start to act like a idiot. When want to reach a unique top Level, person becomes extremely ETHICAL. Start to ATTAIN OCCULT POWER power while practicing martial ARTS. During practice apply yogic breathing. Posture becomes relax NOMATTER how dangerous situation is. OCCULTISM takes over the fight. Instead of physical attack and defend start to do mudras (Hatha yoga with fingers). In the mind fight the ENEMY, with yoga mudra do real attaxk. Japanese occult Martial ARTS movies show it in cartoon character.
