If I had to guess: Wake up, pants and socks on (no shirt)- streeto favourite roundabout in the ovlov then meet up with boq or stu for a bit, home for tea then back out on the bike init.

Good video once again... I personally ride both and have to say I feel way more comfortable on the Mtb with a slow rebound especially in the back because as you said it’s quite weird being used to bmx bikes and going back to Mtb.
