@@wonderman8537 not really. It’s a north side popular dish. They regularly make it. I have been in Bogra for few years, a northern district of Bangladesh. It’s their frequently cooked item.

OMG!❤ I'm speechless! Always thought about representing Bangladeshi authentic food originated from the country but till now haven't found any foreigner from young Gen. You are simple superb,MashAllah!!! Myself is a stay home-cook & baker mom, holding our legacy of my grand grandparents till my mom. I am writing Bd recipes and in future have a plan to publish it in English so our next Gen can try and learn them as Bangladeshi cuisine. Always it is mixed up with subcontinent neighboring countries & remained unnamed. THANKS & HUGS SIS. May ALLAH Grant YOU long & healthy life. Note: If u haven't tried the best biriani in the world , 'BD"s wedding kacchi biriani'( goat), you can give a try. It will require little extra effort. I'm still struggling with the time of baking & heat but final result was great!( it can be done on stove top or oven).😊
