Thanks for sharing your time and schedule. I have been viewing your sermons and have I learned a lot. I am still working on “We can’t be friends anymore” and “A good argument part 1”. I love your seminary portions. You are my bible study along with a few other pastors that are on target. I’m really glad Covid exposed serious pastors when it comes to scripture and study. Continue to study, deliver, and execute God’s plan for His people. Well now I’ve completed listening to your sermon on Lazarus, Mary and Martha, John 11. The diagnosis of our frustration and anger really spoke to my heart, it had my name on it. Praying from a “privileged position” is something I never considered but always expected because I try to study His word on a consistent basis. Thank you for pointing out weaknesses and our solutions. I will remember “not to compare the totality of my life with the snapshot of someone else.” May the Lord continue to keep you growing for the benefit of His sheep and our love of Jesus’ word.

This was an awesome video about Dr. Wesley. What an awesome man of God. Beautiful church and members that love him. One thing I loved that he said was he has a life outside of church which is important, as some times folk do church, but they don’t know how to do life. EXCELLENT idea for and this video! 👏🏽 Much went into preparing just this 14.34 minutes of detail. For those of us who have behind-the-scenes roles/careers ourselves (and who happen to be ASBC members), this demonstrates seemingly 1/1 millionth of not just all that our AWESOME Pastor, but so MANY of our GIFTED chuch staff, etc., do. Certanly no one or things are perfect, but I know church-wise we come close more often than not in so many ways. Simply witnessing the balance of professionalism and humor in both this video and in general is an ASBC blessing in itself. From our congregation to the community it's no less than evident of how powerfully and positively the taught and preached word of God is a vessel for greatness.
