Introverts are often extremely loyal because we’re not always looking to replace someone or looking for the next best thing. When we find our people we stick with them because our personal space is extremely important to us, it’s sacred and we only allow people in who understand that and can respect it and us.

I used to be more of an Extrovert and I'm definitely more of an Introvert now. My husband passed away October of 2022 and I found myself widowed at 59. These days are about my 3 and 4 year old grandsons, my son and my daughter and occasional talks with a few sisters.🥰

I am an introvert my husband of 34 years also introvert and my son is also introvert. Introvert just means that people can drain your energy and you recharge by being alone or with minimal people. Extrovert recharge by being around people and they like being alone occasionally.

Your statement is so true. I am actually physically tired after being around people at family gatherings or social events with friends. A lot of people don't understand why someone is being quiet or loves to be alone. Neither side, extrovert or introvert is wrong or right, good or bad. A person needs to feel free to live in a way that works best for them, physically and emotionally.

So true about small talk. I don’t have energy for meaningless conversations and shut down quickly when it happens.

The same thing happened to me too, after many years of work, meetings, endless phone calls, when I retired, I just needed to be alone at home by the sea, without having to talk.

My 4 year old granddaughter came in the other day when I was watching your balcony gardening. Now when she comes in she asks to watch it. She’s a bit like us… needs that restorative downtime. Agree with what you said about introverts in this video. I can connect deeply with certain people and have lifelong friends and close family connections. I functioned exceptionally well in a highly social career for over 50 years Doesn’t change the fact that I need lots of alone time and space to recharge. Retirement is wonderful as I have control of when, how long and with whom I interact and socialize. Enjoyed your day. Such well behaved sweet pups.

I have a dog and a cat at my home, and surprisingly, they've both avoided the usual cat/dog shenanigans. My dog, ever since seeing my cat for the first time, simply makes fusses with him to show that she's accepting of him in our family. In addition, I've been working alongside some occupational therapists as part of my current supported internship (and possible job opportunity this coming month), so I can relate to how difficult some of the work is that you're undertaking, and I wish you the best for it.

Aww that’s sweet!! Bella wasn’t very accepting of Maya at first.. now she tolerates her hehe 😅 I’d love to get a cat, Maya would be fine but it would stress Bella out so much… maybe if we had a bigger space to give them more distance lol

Absolutely loved this video! Cannot get enough of your 2 fur babies, so adorable. How old are they and are they rescue dogs? It was interesting to see them interact with one another, I had 2 dogs, one unfortunately passed Nov 2023, miss her everyday. So cute to see Bella with her blankie, you are a great dog Mom!!!🐕🐕‍🦺

What I love the most is that it feels warm and welcoming in every corner, from the kitchen to the bedroom, “the movie theatre” (I like to call it like that) but above all your balcony which is just, magical. Straight out of a Tinkerbell movie 🧚‍♀️ The combination of natural wood, neutral but varied colors and earthy decorations gives it that fairytale touch. Plus your hobbies are home centered, pottery, kneading, reading, gardening, cooking that it’s no wonder it feels inviting! It was nice to get an idea of what your day looked like. This really was an introvert diary and something I could see for my husband too. My extrovert diary would be action packed. I loved your recipe. It looked like a delicious meal.

Люблю ваши видео! В них много эстетики и умиротворения! А еще я хорошо понимаю вашу любовь к растениям. Я тоже их люблю. Когда-то и у меня был балкон с цветами..сейчас нет, и я очень по нему скучаю. Я тоже интроверт и люблю быть дома одна. У меня есть семья, но с возрастом я все больше люблю одиночество.

Another great video! I , too wake very early so that I can have a really slow morning. I wake at 4am and I don't start work until 8. Since I work from home with no commute, that gives me 4 hours of easing into my day. I can take a bath, walk my dog, spend time with my husband, read, do some yoga and still have time left over. It's wonderful. I also go to bed pretty early by most standards - asleep by 9 so it allows me to wake up easier at 4 :) Your pups are the sweetest!! I only have one dog and i've often wanted a second but I don't think she'd do well not being the princess of the house lol.

Aww thanks so much!! 🥰 Waking up at 4am is very impressive! I wish I could wake up earlier but I’ve always been a night owl.. I have energy and feel most creative at night, so I tend to go to sleep late which makes it difficult to wake up any earlier than 6am.. but there’s nothing like having a slow morning to start the day! ❤️ I understand what you mean about getting another dog… Bella had a difficult time adjusting to Maya when we first brought her home.. she still doesn’t like her but she tolerates her lol

What a sweet old doggy you have, i have a real soft spot for old dogs.

Dear Claudia, JC, Maya and Bella. I love your channel so much! There is so much love in it! Yes! Knitting is great! Btw. in my country we knit in a different way. We wrap the wool around the left pointing finger...it´s different :) I used to knit, but now I am trying to improve my painting skills. You are doing so well dear Claudi! I’m afraid I don’t have an interesting story for their names… For Bella, I just really liked the name when I got her 13 years ago… for Maya, it came from a movie where a dog was named Maya… I liked it and I decided that if I had another dog, it would be named Maya… (luckily JC also agreed 😅) ❤️❤️❤️ wishing you a lovely Sunday and a great week ahead!

Hi!! Thank you so much for your sweet message and welcome!! ❤️❤️ I'm really glad you enjoyed the video 🥰🥰 I totally understand how overwhelming it can be to juggle house chores, work, and pets. Trust me, our apartment is not super neat all the time… I always struggle to put the laundry away and have a bench in the bedroom that is the “house” for the clean laundry. We live in a one-bedroom apartment, so it’s easier to manage than a bigger apartment or house. Also, my husband helps out a lot; we share the chores. To be completely honest, he is more organized than I am, so I don’t always have to be picking up after him. The number one thing that has helped me keep the apartment more organized is having a place for everything! A while back, I decided to go through every room in the apartment and organize it by giving every item its “home.” If I use something, I try my best to put it back where it belongs as soon as I’m done using it. In the beginning, I had to think about it more, but now it is becoming a habit, so I do it automatically. The cleaning is usually done on the weekends, but we do have to vacuum daily… again, it’s a 5-minute thing because our apartment is small…Some things get cleaned on a weekly basis, like the toilet, tub, floors, etc. Other things get cleaned on an “as needed” basis. I think the main advice I can give is to have a “home” for everything and try to put things away as you use them. For a bigger home, I’ve heard that some people focus on one room per day (for deeper cleaning) that way you don’t have to do it all the same day… It’s okay if everything is not perfect all the time. They do say that having a neat home helps our mood, but I also don’t think that it should be taken too seriously to the point where it makes you feel overwhelmed. Take it one step at a time, and don't be too hard on yourself. Lots of love to you and your furry friend! 💖🐱
