A Day in the Life of a Software Engineer in New York City
I'm a 23 year old, recent graduate working at a high growth startup! Though I work remotely full time out of Houston, I visit New York City every 2-3 months. This time, I'm with my brother and we spend a week together dog sitting for a friend. We'll walk you through a day in our lives as we hang out and work in the city.
You'll see my usual day-to-day routine working in person, from coding and debugging sessions to casual hangouts and lunches with coworkers. And you'll get to see the beautiful city of New York!

Hey Namanh, even though I'm elder in terms of age, when it comes to maturity of leading individual life ur up there man. What I like by most of ur contents is how an individual can keep focus on his own life rather caring to any other stuff, how to get full involved in each work how to be flexible enough to do multiple stuff some thing that a few people realise at earlier age. @@sniper0174 the better question is: do you want to study like, where you will 1) have a more project and group-oriented experience or 2) a maths and more theoretical kind of experience? 1) is better, when you want to build the next facebook and the 2) is better, when you like algorithms and the math behind it. because in Germany there are two types of universities. and the TU and the LMU are on the same side.

I got demotivated seeing him eating sh*t food like omelette, donuts, chips, pizza, burgers whole day and not a sign of any exercise to keep your body fit. how he burnt all those calories by roaming in metros?
Wow, this was such an amazing video and exactly what i needed to remind me to keep grinding. I miss new york a lot and this video highlighted all the reasons why.

i love this video. for the reason that this is the type of life i want for myself, kinda. im an 18yo from croatia, going to uni in the fall for either it or comp sci. this video just fueled me more to get good at coding and to be able to work wherever i want and travel the world that way!

Agreed no dog should be crated for 3+ hrs especially a puppy they’ll develop destructive habits later. They need a backyard, at least this is y most dogs end up at the shelter. Having a dog is like having a child it.
