As an African American people complaining how most of these people are idian and asian. Maybe teach your kids to value jobs like this instead of being a tiktoker, professional prejudice, coal miner or some random data analyst. I can say for my White Americans all you guys do is Fck around in college or don't go. End up at some dead end job if Nepotism didn't carry you and then get mad at minorities. For my black friends we need to expand our mind and realize we can do anything we put our minds to and stop allowing society to paint the picture who we are. I am 31 year old Systems Engineer and my goal is to be a Software Developer in the next 2 years. I'd love to be one for Microsoft or Google too.

The racism thats not talked about in this country. If you live in a blue state. You've witnessed these "hardworking" immigrants use nepotism or get hired strictly off race and be unqualified. Its why in the public sector when there are so many layoffs it's just usually a team of nepotism lazy indians. They get mad when you say this because they only want positive stereotypes not reality. You didn't get the job because indians and asians are so smart. Its not youre race of people abuse the laws to hire friends and family. Ive seen entire contracts do it for hispanics, asians, indians and ethiopians. People dont question Hispanics because they take custodial work. Yet asian and indians are committing a full blown crime. Hiring people based on race and even giving family members visas to come live in the states through their job despite not even speaking english and not knowing the work. Me and my friend had to learn SQL on the spot because a visa indian sql dba didnt know the job or couldnt speak english. She made 100k+ we made 70k and were overworked. Both of us black. Had my entire helpdesk become asian once because the director was a 1st gen asian who hired literally half of his family because his brother owned a contract that he put under his white wife name. They dont like speaking on this kind of stuff and use the easiest excuse, racism. Im black and im not racist i just hate seeing a group of people abuse the system and get praised and make fake stereotypes that make you look good. Youre not no smarter than anyone else. I will say vietnamese americans and chinese tend to be the most by the book Americans. They dont hire based on race. Some of the best bosses i had. They were by the books and gave everyone a fair shake. Some of the hardest workers too. Fun fact the other asians in all 3 environments didnt like these people...wonder why..

Its not hard to work at these places if youre asian or indian. These races are very nepotism oriented and will hire their own before anyone else. Asians are usually a bit more respectful but indians are flat out nepotism abusers. Im speaking from a minority perspective who has had the prviiledge to work with both in multiple environments. Most other races tend to just work and hangout with whomever. Asians and Indians will manage to only be friends and work with those who look like them. Thats not coincidence its on purpose. Every place ive worked even all the young Asians somehow knew each other. Them all being complete different asians but somehow all had a connection.

14:01 "It's higher taxes" wait, what, for me watching this from Europe, Germany in particular, that sounds like low taxes. That much of taxes already paid in Germany if you are earning 10-15 times less than stated in the video.

What do you mean "a recession never hit"? We've been in a recession for years - one with an odd economic pattern driven by government stimulus, but a recession nonetheless. If the Democrats continue with their implementation of irrational policies, then this recession will be transformed into a full-blown depression.

Section 174 of the tax code went into effect, and this is the key factor behind the layoffs of R&D staff (which includes all software developers, save for those who build applications for internal use by their employers). Many companies were unaware of the changes to Section 174 until taxes were filed. There have been three emergency bills introduced in Congress to repeal the changes to Section 174, but none of these bills has gained enough support to be enacted into law. The layoffs of R&D staff will continue until Section 174 is fixed.

for anyone who is watching. I just landed an internship in nyc for 35 $ as an IT intern. and I thought I will be getting 20 $ max. my advice , work on your projects and resume. keep taking courses and list them on your resume such as coursera and anything else ( it shows that you re grinding and trying harder). I applied for over 200 internship and junior roles. I have been rejected in 99% of them. so keep applying, keep grinding and it will happen eventually!. small advice , be professional in the way you dress and talk. questions at the end of the interview is a must so prepare good questions. Cover letters are a must when you apply. send a thank you follow up email after the interview (with the big boss). if they ask you for any tasks, do them without thinking. you never know what will u be offered! and btw I had an interview the week before that with Paramount which I thought I passed and they never even responded back. same week I got an email from a different company and started the interview process and I got an offer which was very generous maybe more than what I was gonna get from Paramount ! keep grinding people !
