Watching this you realise why City is so successful as a club and why many choose to go the academy and why they tend to succeed in their careers whether at city or elsewhere with the best infrastructure available for them including elite staff, best facilities (gym, canteen, pitches etc) and education with the understanding of the tactical element of the game and mental health. That is an elite football club.

Ah yes A very successful club One player off their lives because they released him cuz he was injured. Couldn’t give him another opportunity. His friends (eg cole Palmer) ends up succeeding.

Good attitude and work ethic, he's a talented youngster. I hope he continues to be one of our academy gems as he has the potential to break into the first team in a couple of years.

We need more of this, I like to watch a player's development and their daily life as a academy player, know what it's like to play with the first team, what is like talking with Pep Guardiola and the first team's players and etc. I wish you could do more of this, or do a series of a academy player that has gone through all that process, since he was a kid to the moment they become a premiere league player. Just choose one young player, I don't know if that's possible, but it would be amazing to watch a players growth from a young age to a full fledge premiere league player.

Witnessing one of our homegrown talents make their mark in the senior squad is truly special; their unwavering determination is inspiring. Here's to hoping everything falls into place for young Jaden.

Love that even with all the star players Man City signs in the transfer market, they still make great usage of their youth academy with players like Phil Foden. I wouldn't be surprised if they even got Cole Palmer back from Chelsea
