Today I documented a day in the life of a Japanese couple. My wife and I are very careful to avoid white sugar, gluten, refined oils (trans fats), and ultra-processed foods. We also habitually limit our daily intake of sugar, but this day turned out to be a cheat day for us. LOL!
In my previous video, "What My Disease Taught Me," I told you how I overcame my autoimmune disease, and since then I have received many emails from people suffering from the disease. They were all asking, "Which doctor at which hospital do you prefer? I wonder if they understood what I was trying to convey. I have not been able to reply to them because I thought that they did not understand what I wanted to tell them well. I am sorry.
I hope you will watch it again.
And I think the most important thing in overcoming illness is eating habits.
Your body is made of what you eat. If you think so, you have to take better care of yourself while you are sick.
If you want something sweet, choose Japanese sweets instead of Western sweets. If you make your own sweets, you can carefully select the ingredients, and they will be healthier for your body without any additives.

    ❤️你說的 實在 太對了!🎉 一般身體生病!⋯⋯吃抗生素,大多台灣人追求軟爛的食物 (認為好消化)全部的東西,都煮得爛爛 才覺得是有營養,可以消化 而不是真正適合自己的食物。 勤勞烹飪是重要的。

    我也不知不覺習慣了不吃早餐,本來刻意為之但失敗,後來過一段時間反而習慣了,最近也喝碳酸水,但是用小蘇打+檸檬汁+蜂蜜,不知是否如此,突然有天想說試著不喝咖啡看看(本來每天喝一杯持續了數年),結果一星期了也沒有特別想喝,自己掌握自己身體的感覺真好~

    我能吃天然酵母~所以烘焙的時候通常用天然的~ 外面賣的米粉麵包都用一些小麥粉和乾酵母~吃的時候馬上拉肚子~😂 我的身體非常誠實。
