hi kenahiene thank you sa comment! I notice na mas primary nursing ang usual practice, but we receive a lot of support from different departments, and people are very supportive. You'll receive sufficient training before being assigned independently, and you can always ask for more training if you don't feel comfortable.

Hi win! i started living in Washington as a CNA and it works well for me in the beginning. The cost of living is kind of expensive, but the pay makes up for it, so it balances out. I also want to highlight that it really depends on how you manage and live your life. You can start pursuing your dreams here, but it's wise to carefully choose which city you want to live in because it can make a big difference. Personally i think washington is good for newbie nurses! 🥰 see you around!

hello po, sa pinas po nagaral na po ako mag drive and then nagaral po ako ulit sa canada. pag dumating po kayo ng usa advise ko po na mag aral po kagad kayo for the written exam and then pwede po kayo mg apply kagad sa driving school for the behind the wheel education. siguro po mga 5-10 lessons lang marunong na po kayo mag drive at mkakapasa na ng actual driving exam

ilan po ang NOD per shift jan maam? and ilang patients ang ihahandle ng nod per shift?

For interview ako sa agency and according to their email the offer is about 50USD/hour. Med surg area. Oks nb un para mamuhay jan? Sorry wala ako idea heehe nabasa ko lang na mataas daw ang cost of living sa WA

Hi karlo. sobrang ganda ng system dito hindi ka mag kakamali kung baga pag nasanay ka parang ang hirap na ulit bumalik sa mano manong order 😁 sobrang detailed and nakalagay na lahat para san ang gamot and may drug library na din na pwede mo agad i-click para masagot lahat ng tanong mo about that meds. hindi mo na kailangan si google or yung mga drug handbook to double check 🥰 and sasabihin din ng system pag wrong pt, time, route etc like our 6 Rights pag nag bbgay ng gamot. 🥰 sobrang safe 😁

yes karlo 🥰 pati yung partial dose na kailangan mo i waste nakalagay na din and kapag narcotic or controlled meds kailangan ng isa pang nurse to verify kaya talagang maliit ang chance na mag kakamali ka ☺️

Yes po may nag co-cover po lagi ng break 🙂 coordinate nyo lang po break buddy nyo para smooth ang planning. Dipende po sa floor kung makakauwi kayo ng sakto. Pero to be honest kadalasan late ng mga 30 mins ang clock out mo. Dipende din sa ka endorse mong Nurse. Thank you po sa comment ingat palagi!

It is really diverse there and she is having fun in fact she just bought a house, I assume that it is pretty ok. may CNa po tayo😍 unless short and primary ka. pag primary ka ikaw din ang CNA pero usually binibigyan nila yung primary RN ng easy patients 😍

hello po. para lang po syang NLE satin sa pinas. hindi ka po makakapag practice ng hindi po licensed. Hindi po nila ino-honor yung license natin sa pinas 😊 so yes po Kailangan nyo pong mag NCLEX 😍
