Ok na rin pala NZ sa NZD51/hr. Kaya ang mortgage at nakakatulog ng 8-10 hours a day, climb/bike/jog 6 hrs a week. I still want to visit the states though, to eat and do shopping galore❤

wow.. this cost of living was my COL ( not the car , gas and other subscription lol) back in late 90s here in SoCal when I was earning $30 an hour ( high na) so if she is earning $35+ thats kinda OK. Nite and day pala COL and Pay sa Cali vs Tx 😊

sana mapansin po, currently working as HCA in Singapore. I recently passed my NCLEX po and I'm planning po sana to apply a work in a long term care facility in North Carolina since matagal na po ung last hosp experience ko. For this case is there a chance na maka work as RN in a lon term care facility? magkano po kaya ang base rate for this. Maraming salamat po and God bless po.

I started 18 yra ago at $31/hr. Ang baba naman ng offer po. But maybe because it is dialysis. Sa in patient baka mas mataas ang offer. For the info lang po ng iba diyan.

$50 for gas/month is kindda low. Usually it is from $200-300/month. And if ypu are in California, its going to be double that😂

Actually yan parin ang budget ko up until now sobra pa dyan for a month ☺️ 1-2 miles back and forth sa work place then grocery na 20-30 miles away. I think it depends sa price ng gas. $3/gal pa lang kami now 😀 pag cali mas mahal na ata pero at least mas mataas din rate ninyo.

Then depende rin siguro sa gas consumption ng car? I travel 220 miles interstate/hway drive I only pay for $30-40 depende kung saan station ako magpa gas.

Texas and NY are like apple and guava. Di po dapat mapag compare kasi ang layo po ng cost of living ng NY. That’s why they deserve a higher rate din kasi higher din ang COL.

But sa mga di nakakaalam kung gusto mong mag enjoy ng career mo sa USA go to NYC na madaming nursing opporunity d gaya sa Tx na para kang nasa liblib na lugar, I magine pati ang exhaust fan ng centralised AC ninanakaw. Asian buffet po sya minsan mas mahal ng $2 pag dinner pero parang wala pa akong na try na more than $20 na buffet. Kaya kinakaya pa ng bulsa hehehe.

Reality ng adult life. Pwede naman konti lang ang bayarin pero mas mababa rin ang lifestyle so nasa priorities na lang talaga 😊
