To anyone that sees this yes of course if you only have a few minor traffic infringements. If you have any sort of criminal record or serious traffic crimes like drink-driving then you would get reviewed depending on the history. For example if you were 18 and got done for drink driving and now you're 30 without any other offense except that one then you will probably get through. It's really down to what it was, how long ago it was, and what you've been like since.
