Haha so true! I actually got the video notification for “we moved back to New York” on the day I was leaving New York. Didn’t spot him whizzing about during my time though

You make it look easy talking to camera like that, but having vlogged myself, talking eloquently off the cuff and not pausing and 'um, erring' every 2 seconds is extremely difficult. Bravo.

Awesome shots from the ferry. When I go to NYC I always drive to Weehawken and take the ferry over from Port Imperial. you got Little Island in that first shot. That's a really cool place.

I used to take the Weehawken ferry into Manhattan for work. The strangest crossing I had was early morning, before The Sun was up, in the middle of a very cold winter. I heard this strange scraping sound from outside, looked out and saw that we were travelling through blocks of floating ice. They had tug boats going round in circles to keep the ice broken up for the ferries to get across. Remember that the water is brackish there, being so close to the harbour.

great content Joe! I know you talk about shooting Fuji JPEGs on your channel, and I wasn’t able to find a mention in your X-H2/S videos - have you tried shooting HEIF only yet on the new cameras? I’d be interested to know if the tonality in those 10-bit files is noticeably better than the JPEGs SOOC

Another great New York Vlog! How are you feeling now vlogging with the X-H2s , are you considering maybe using fuji for both photos and video and carrying only one camera?

Joe, would love to hear your opinion on rapid handling comparison between the X-T5 and the X-H2, I only know the X-T and 100V style. The X-H2 really seems to offer quite a bit more technically, grip, more battery, better EVF, way more buffer! But that would not matter if you cannot “wield” it rapidly for photography specifically!

What format are you shooting on the X-H2s at 8:10 , Is this 4k or 6k, Log with your luts or straight out of camera. Thanks! Love the content as always.

Shame about DSPTCH. I visited and picked up the same strap from their Tokyo store based off you recommendation 🤷🏻‍♂️

Get a Tap&Dye custom leather strap - they are awesome

Didn’t make any specific edits to rolling shutter for this - overall been pretty happy with it given its price point

Joe, you probably should have named this vlogging with the X-H2S since it looks like the video was actually shot with that and not the X-H2

The vast majority of the photos are shot with the X-H2 though. No easy win for the titles, which is why I mentioned it in the video too

What camera was used on Japan vlog, not Fuji's?

Hi, I'm no video expert at all.i know nothing about it. I'm watching on my t.v. and I can't quite tell maybe it's my t.v., but things look slightly off. Like mechanical or a slight judder. I can't put my finger on it. Wonder if it's my t.v. or a frame rate thing. But I enjoy your content.. just concerned as I'm considering the camera. Thx again for sharing the content
