Thank you so much for taking us through your day and what Ramadan is like. I requested the Mohsin Hamid book from the library because I"m reading another book right now that takes place in Lahore so I think it would be cool to read them in proximity to one another. I think that's so cool that the stories are STILL told orally and part of your culture.

Love the music you used for transitions. I hope you enjoy Arabian Nights; it's something my imagination returns to. Sorry to hear about the special editions (I always end up fearing that will happen when a publisher does some 'special' version), I ended up grabbing the same translation but mine came as 3 large softcovers. I wouldn't pay much mind to those who's job/study makes them read as often. These same people will often complain that they never had a chance to enjoy them as it was demanded of them to do so.

Yes, the 2 editions of the Arabian nights would be the complete collection and probably much easier to read from, happy reading 📖

You looked like a princess going to the baby shower. 👑🌺 I don’t buy the Penguin cloth bound classics anymore because the paint comes off the book. I still think they are beautiful.
