I think its a national hotline for community resources, but I use the 211 hotline a lot for resources and whatnot 10/10 love love love them!
God sent his only son to be "The savior of the world n also to serve humanity by taking away sins n lessening the burden of earth life..." May God bless all the social workers n people who serve the orphan, downtrodden, sick, destitutes, afflicted n the needy.... Amen!!

My ultimate goal is to be a case manager. This is the role that I had at my final field MSW internship. I graduated in 2017, but have not yet secured my first sw job. Hopefully, 2021 will be good to me. ** Thanks for this video.👍🏾👍🏾

As a Case Manager and an Outreach Liaison I really like my job! I'm able to link my clients to various resources and finding them are my favorite part. =)

hi, how often would you on average (if applicable) spend with a client (speaking with them over the phone or face to face)?
Do social worker assistants needs a license? All i have is a certification: Executive Assistant, Event Planning, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, and Real Estate Finance. I am currently working on my Bachelors Degree Business Management.

Hi Felicia! I currently reside in Florida and fo my agency I am required to be license in order to provide case management services.
How normal would you say it is for social workers to do their job remotely now a days, in the aftermath of covid? How would you say covid has changed your job? edit: I ask these as an undergrad interested in applying to MSW programs
Do you have a video showing me where i can get my certification. Or can i get it from anywhere that has certification in social work.

Hi Felicia! I don't have a video on obtaining your case management certification because I'm doing this through my agency so I'm not sure as to how you can obtain one independently.

Due to the pandemic I work mainly at home, however, we are now only required to do at least 1 home visit per month :-)

My family (mainly little sisters and littlest brother) hatees social workers.
