I believe the board is for a scale with 4 load cells, one for each wheel, used for weighing cars, used to find center of balance, especially in use when modifying.

That alligator clip gizmo is exactly what I need. Now to fabricate one...

Rebco weigh scale display from probably the 90's. I remember seeing these in the magazines back then and wanted to get them for weighing all 4 corners of my drag race car, but felt that they were too much money for me to spend back then for something I would only use a few times.

Did you make that two alligator clip holder? That's great for soldering wires together I think I'm going to make one

@8:00 wow those traces are pretty corroded, I bet if you scrape the solder mask off the traces they will just fall apart.
