A Culturally Intelligent Workplace

Increasing cultural intelligence, or CQ, is a benefit to everyone. It takes effort to build cultural intelligence in an organization. But by understanding the differences in ethics, beliefs, values, and attitudes of different individuals, and tuning into cultural intelligence, we can create a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels like they belong.
This course will help employees identify their own cultural traits, as well as different cultures that they may encounter in the workplace.
