I think they are both actually pretty good! It was nice to see Olight do something different and be pretty functional. Haha

I like the looks of that razor knife. I missed it initially, but went back and ordered it.

It arrived, and I have been carrying it since. At the moment it is in the watch/change pocket of my blue jeans. When I had cargo pants/shorts on it rode in a accesory pocket or magazine pocket along with a Farmer X. I like its cross bar lock along with its compact size for EDC.

Great video. I don’t like sharpening knives often so the utility knife appeals to me.

Dude. I never sharpen knives. I always just hit them with a strop. Replaceable blades are perfect for me too. Lol

The Diffuse baffles me. When I heard the rumour that there was a mark 2 of the i3T coming, I really believed they would(Finally!) add low, med, high to it. I would never have thought they would add low, med, high, to something called Diffuse, instead of their i5t/r, i3T line. In saying that, when Olight brings out a Difuse copper, Brass or titanium version, I'm snapping that thing up quick!🤣

I have 3 new i3t 2 0 and they run on 10440 batteries now .

Nice quick review! I like the knife. I also like the Diffuse, but I can’t help but wonder how this fits into the product line with the i5. No pocket clip is an interesting choice too. I struggle with the runtime charts too when they show a mode that steps down to another mode that also steps downs. Are they sequential or does the first step down somehow continue to run beyond what it would have if you started in that mode???

I kind of wanted to pick up the razor knife, but I tried to be good and stick to a budget haha. I have mixed feeling on the diffuse, I saw someone compare it to a lipstick container and I can't unsee it. 🤣

That battery is 3.6 volts nit the 2.4 volt one that is in the i5r

Howdy ,I almost picked up the utility knife ,if I worked in the warehouse still, it would of been a for sure buy . I do have the brass friendship light coming .If you pick up the Baton in the case you have a holster for it already 😂🐊🏴‍☠️

The utility knife is pretty neat. I like to fidget with it. They have a brass Damascus in the exclusive zone that looks crazy! I was going to get one but the version with the case sold out and that’s the one I’d have grabbed. Haha. Still waiting for the copper baton 4. 🙌🏻

Diffuse is a really weird one. The name seems meaningless, it's beam profile is actually narrower than most small lights, the tail cap looks like it's been taken off a mini camera tripod and happened to fit and it's a damn shame it's (as we expect from Olight) only available in low-CRI cold white. The battery is good though. My guess is that they wanted to catch a gap in their lineup with something with a few more features than the i5R without admitting that they can lower the price on their Baton line.

I dont get the point of the Diffuse... no clip either. Like wth. Seems like a stupid new product

im not a fan of Olight products they dont even use humans as employies
