Oh Marc, that has made us smile. Alas, we are back in the UK, but we still have a few more "sunshine" videos to share before we switch to UK travel videos.

Those boys are a class act how Harry set that stuff up no bother and no moaning knew exactly where and how everything worked and that George just kills me with his portable headquarters. 👍

Haha you guys are just like me in Decathlon. Every time I go I come out with something I didn’t really need - like a canoe or something. It’s like when you go into Aldi for pizza and come out with a sewing machine 😆

Great to watch what we haw not done this year.. We thought that awnings tables ,chairs and cooking outside were camping and not allowed on aires. We have had the sneaky chair out if nobody around through ourselves but not risked cooking outside. Very i Interesting to see how you getting on at this time

We tend to follow what everyone else is doing!!! As you said etiquette is usually don't set up a pitch, but in the south of France we double checked with the owners and they were more than happy for us to set up.

We got some led illuminating shuttlecocks for dusk/evening badminton fun but don't bother with the net. Handy to leave out under awning as a visual for the kids if they venture off. Great find & a cheeky free dip aire 😉. Those little bonuses make you remember the site 👍. Drive steady and stay safe 👋👋

We just parked up quickly, and the pool was closer to the aire than the campsite pitches! D'oh! ha ha!

Thanks Moira, some aires you can stay in free if you eat/drink in the onsite restaurants (research France Passion or Brit Stops), but these were regular price with no discounts.

Thanks for all your reviews and insight into motorhome holidays which has help us as a family to decide not to buy one. Watched a few of your videos and some others, the freedom to roam part of it looks great but thereafter spending time in filthy basic campsites and the general overall look of this type of holiday or weekend break was totally unappealing. Also appears to be a very seasonal type of holiday not ideal for the dark days of winter, but well worth watching.

Love watching your videos. Just about to hire a motor home and want to travel to France, which website do you recommend for sites??

Thank you so much for your lovely comments! We have a mobile router with a sim card in, and also share the data on our mobile phones as data usage is capped in Europe x

I think Harry has found his forte in front of the camera, he could make a living out of selling the tables! I wish I could set up as quickly as you,it normally takes us hours to make things dog proof. I think somebody is getting ready to change the motorhome. Looks like you caught some good weather,hope Stratford was as nice. Guy.

So I apologise for this question up front but could I ask what you do when using the campsite toilets for a number two when they have no seat attached? Know its not the most pleasant thing to talk about?

It’s an official parking area for motorhomes and camper vans. Sometimes they have services and facilities, sometimes they are just safe park ups. They tend to be much cheaper than a campsite.
