These Carly OBD scanners you are promoting have a lot of concerned users who have bought one and have found out that they have also signed up for an expensive yearly licence to use it that auto-renews. Not made clear on the Carly site when you order one. Many people are calling it a scam on Trustpilot and some even on KZread. The updates you say are free are not, you have to have the paid licence which is included for the 1st year only!

I bought a brand new Hymer MLI580 8 years ago. It is a beautiful van and does everything I want, however have one regret about being a Mercedes Aclass . EVERYTHING that needs doing to the engine HASTO BE DONE through a letter box slot andNOTHING is accessible to do , maintenance is VERY Difficult to do even the air filter must be disassembled in place to change the filter. The dealer HATES THEM, but the van cab based models are just standard vehicles to maintain.

TBH I know prices increase and change, but it would be helpful to know what something cost at the outset, especially if you're interested in doing the same. That is slight overkill for me, but it would have been great to see the price of the parts broken down. Thanks

Another amazing part of your road trip I still think ‘cash is king’ especially in these more remote places - even in non Schengen areas I always carry some cash be it Euros/£/$/ and some more local currency if needed Onwards and upwards 😊😊😍😍😎😎🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️🏴🏴

Brilliant video! Amazing to see so many bears , hopefully they don’t get killed to often in the road . I have two questions, how did the clutch fare , and when your in transit do all the doors and garage etc lock at once ? , random I know lol . Thanks guys .

Thanks. The clutch is holding up okay so far. The central locking only works on the front doors and habitation door, not the lockers and the garage.

Wow how lucky were you to film the bears, thank you. Lynds you should try the scrunch test. My hubby only wears proper shirts, he likes a pocket for his glasses & I hate ironing. So before you buy scrunch a handful of the shirt for a few seconds & if it creases move on. Also I wash on a gentle wash & shorter spin, works every time . If something does need ironing he does it himself ( I think he got fed up waiting 😅 ) . Delegation , try it & good luck x

Hi Steve, I’ve just returned from a 8000 mile trip around Europe in my 22 plate Fiat Ducato. I had the same problem with my clutch switch. The part has been superseded but as yet Fiat UK have no stock and it can’t be ordered. I googled the original part number and bought one of those until the new type is available. It only takes 5 minutes to fit. If you need part numbers let me know. Cheers.
