Yes gate keeping important ideas is valuable between the African continental nations. That's how the western world sabotage Africans growth for centuries. When will Africa learn of their ideas being used for others other than themselves. Dam it Africans wake the west do not love you. Can't you see by now. It has always been a greedy selfish relationship. One full of jealousy and secret hate.
