Hola you two. Nice to see you both. Friends of ours stayed on the bottom I think it was the other one and when we went to visit them I personally felt very claustrophobic there with the high white walls.

Total random question for this video but I searched the channel name with the topic and didn’t find anything, if there is a better place to ask this please let me know. I’m having a hard time finding information about international schools in Mexico , anything other than the advertising and websites for the schools themselves, I was wondering if there is a forum or website or anywhere to get help, ratings , experiences , options , etc for schooling children in Mexico who speak English, they are learning Spanish but aren’t fluent , we homeschool for now and have been for a few years , by the time we can move they will need middle school through high school education. I know both Joel and Paul have children, Joel in particular older children who speak English so any help or a point in the right direction is greatly appreciated!

People should know that you would have to pay all cash for this and any real estate property in Mexico. Might be possible to get a mortgage, but very difficult and even if you can get a loan it would be 11 percent interest rate with 30 percent down. Not a good deal. Id rather rent and hold onto my 270K.

Real Estate is crazy in bucerias. This is half a million Canadian dollars. Most people cannot afford that, especially with 13% interest rates for mortgages, and there is a limit to the amount of mortgage you are allowed to get. Not 95% mortgage like north America. 😢
