But how will you miss mail? Wouldn't they just leave you a note if they miss you? Besides privacy I don't see why you can't just list yourself.

No bc u have to sign as received and if u are on a week vacation and unable to pick up from the mail. Or the wind takes the notice they left to pick up from mail. Just a few scenarios

So you need a registered agent to fetch your mail, what a scam, list yourself and get your own mail.....

Can you just simply change your registered agent address if your address changes. And if its a really small just 1 person business, it seems like we should just do it ourselves, and just check the mail.

Thanks for the video! My question is when you're trying to develop business credit how would that work because from my research it's said that all addresses must match. If you use your home address for the EIN, you have a RA for when you established your LLC, how can you have a consistent address across the board?

Has anyone found the answer to this one. I'm having the same issue regarding business credit?

I have an llc that I got in Oklahoma, June 18, 2020. I only used the llc for 5 days and then never use it again. I live in Illinois and I never knew I should have registered my llc in Illinois. I'm not sure what to do?

I would call Incfile, see what they say to do and go from there. Maybe check the status of it with a call to the Oklahoma Secretary of State office. Sometimes you can do a search for business names and that might tell you your standing.

@@theconceptsinscribed8859 If you re not present at your registered agent address to receive legal mail from 9-5 M-F. Someone can sue you without your knowledge. You don't need to have this service only if you are able to receive legal documents 9-5 M-F all year round. (Except federal holidays ) .

@@LawyerHumans I found a bank that understood what I was doing, or a staff member who did. I brought in my management agreement, they copied it and put the LLC name on the account.

We're an HR nightmare

This was so cringy to watch because he was very distracting and holding her back. She could've been SO much more helpful and educational had he just not been there. Too much passive aggressiveness & controlling on his part and it was telling as he was giving off signals for her to not speak so much. He was irritating to watch
