I am saying this out of love for those struggling and for you (you may be struggling with MH, I don't know. but I am just sharing my opinion and my view as a person who is struggling with mental health cycles right now). I would suggest thinking about it before using the lonely in your title and considering removing it from this video. It is incredibly misleading because you are engaged with others and those around you as you mention in the video, even if it is not visualized. I understand that you are the only one in the vlog and your roommate left. I understand that feels lonely and that is valid. I am not trying to criticize your commentary or your use of verbiage within the video itself, more-so asking you to consider it its use in the title. I am simply trying to open your awareness to how others may see it or how it may effect them to see it in the title. Some people during this time are living alone for months at a time and/or are struggling with mental illness or depression. They may see you and see that as what lonely should "look like' and feel even worse about themselves. I have found myself when I am really really down searching for videos entitled "lonely day in my life" and seeing this would have really been triggering. Again. Just sharing a thought and hopefully education that you will take to heart.

You know what, I did not even think of this. Thank you so much for pointing this out to me. I have changed the title, as I would never want this video to be triggering to anyone else. It didn't even cross my mind, as although I was feeling pretty lonely, it wasn't an extreme feeling of loneliness, especially like the loneliness you described, it was just that type of "miss my roommate" loneliness. Thank you so much. I always appreciate this kind of honesty and take it to heart. I appreciate it!

@@GracieOConnor I appreciate you taking this to heart and being willing to learn and grow. I figured you weren’t trying to hurt anyone. I just know from experience that people compare themselves to others when they are hurting. There are a lot of videos with similar titles that use mental health words freely without thinking about the consequences of others (not saying this is you at all!!) I’ve seen others use depression in their title but not actually discuss that or have signs just to get attenuation
