How do you make your sweet potato chips? Hit us up with that recipe, girl. I can never get my slices thin enough to get crispy- do you use a knife or a mandolin or something else?

I just drizzle a little bit of olive oil to coat them in & sprinkle lemon pepper and pink salt! Bake at 400 degrees for like 20 minutes! I just cut them with a knife, but am considering getting a mandoline because I've cut myself twice now making them haha

@@elizabethk8004 use a box grater. It should have one side that has like three little slits and it makes for perfect chips and the potato slices like that is so good for potato bake. Many people, including chefs will tell you some of the worst cuts they've had in the kitchen are because of mandolins. Always use the guard

Tip- Tape and a tiny piece of toilet paper work as a bandaid

Hey Gracie Just a suggestion: please don't use post it notes and then stick them in your notebook cause that's a lot of paper being wasted If you like how they look, you can get books with coloured pages on Amazon
