Funny how many components of the old Tesla NC 500, the Grandfather of all Pro-jects from 1987 are still being used here - the feet, parts of the tonearm, the hinges, the motor. Actually, the arm has even older roots in Tesla NC 440 from 1973 with it's P 1101 tonearm.
Love my T1.......great review
Thanks. Very informative.
Very helpful overview thank you
Is there a anti skate feature on this table?

Hi Joseph, yes there is, in the form of a small weight that hangs off the back of the tonearm to counter the inward pull
Hi there, my girlfriend's T1 has the issue that the needle slides into the first track of the record when You lower the arm on to the record; how can we fix this?

Good Morning, thanks for reaching out! I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean though, would you be able to send a short video clip to technical@henleyaudio.co.uk or give us a call on 01235 511 166 and we can help you out?

@@HenleyAudio Hi, I sent You an email with video.
You don't mention balancing the table to level. Isn't this an important setup step?

Good Morning! You're quite right that ensuring the TT is level is important, but this video assumes you have an existing, roughly level playing surface for your record player. The feet of the T1 line are not height adjustable, so any alterations will need to be made to the playing surface, but thankfully, unless there is a severe angle, the T1 is capable of reliable quality playback on most reasonable side-tables or hi-fi units. Hope this helps!
