i love how colette says during her training of linguini that he "cannot be mummy" in the restaurant kitchen. but in the end, the dish that finally touched the harsh critic was a meal that reminded him of his mother's cooking ( :

not exactly, ego's review made gusteau's restaurant lose one star and lost another because is a tradition that a restaurant lose a star if the owner dies gusteau is based on bernard louiseau, a chef that was a perfectionist but shot himself after losing one star

Food and music share the same means of value as most art forms, where they never go out of style or lose significance over time if they're worth their salt. But what makes food and music stand out compared to different art forms is that while others are often a fruit of labor, food and music can often come from the fruit of fun.

That personal connection/first in line to haggle idea is very true for high end restaurants that have pride in fresh ingredients, especially so with seafood (some will practically wait out on the docks at dawn to greet the fishermen coming in and inspect their catches), not to mention competing for limited products like Kobe beef.

So there’s a cut scene from the movie about Gusteau and (I forgot his name! The antagonist of this movie) talking about the future of culinary arts. Gusteau was a perfectionist who wanted to keep his work going and the other guy felt like ppl didn’t want fancy food Anymore and felt like the art was dying and that being more commercial viable was more impt In the end, both were wrong. Gusteau died cuz one guy didn’t like his cooking and the other one went too far in the direction of commercial food that he forgot the original intent of cooking

Going off of your talk at the end you would looove the work of Dr Carol Dweck who's focus is growth mindset as apposed to fixed mindset. One my favorite things i learned from her is in grading and assessment. Instead of using "fail" or "below standard" she encourages the phrase "not yet". I LOVE that!! But yeah i would just love more teacher talk from you!! ❤️🍎👨🏻‍🏫✏️

I hear what you’re saying about why you think that they’re buttholes for not being open to a rat cooking but listen. The typical reaction to a rat is not like this. People are usually grossed out by them due to the diseases they carry or how they linger around unsanitary places. Imagine you walk into your favourite restaurant and it’s infested with rats. It’s understandable why the rest of the chefs didn’t stay, not just because of the Little Chef, but because they believed in Big Chef, but he lied and that was tough on them. Anywho, love your reactions, keep it up👍

Not to mention, the realization that you've had a rat in your kitchen *at such close proximity* for so long would've done them in too. So many things could've gone wrong, and it just adds another layer of untrustworthiness to Linguini.

The problem is that before the rat made the soup, he fell into what should’ve been extremely dirty dishwater and was previously in the sewer Think of that OBJECTIVELY. And realistically, do humans expect anything from other species? They treat them like nothing half the time. They don’t care if other bugs or mammals die, they’re not “conscious” or “smart” like humans. What makes this movie good is that it deals with themes that do happen in reality and is way more grounded than most animated movies

When it comes to animals, think about the most base reaction you have, and what runs through your head at that exact moment when you are put in danger/scared. That is mostly the extent of the complexity of their thoughts. Remove the self thoughts like I me, and how is this going to affect me, or how I would perceive it. Most animals, and by that I mean almost all, can't think of themselves as an individual. When they feel hunger, they do not think, I am hungry, only hungry need food. Search for food, find food. Found food, eating. Smatter in some stress full paranoid thoughts of, where is danger! is there danger! no its safe... wait what was that!? nothing... Holy shit run, danger danger hide hide hide get away!!!! Instincts are powerful things, easy in how they work, put complex in the sheer scope of tasks it handles. Humans and a scarce select few other species can train and relearn reflexes (including forgetting instincts and reflexes)

*You* are. He's a dad, he has a life. He doesn't have to upload daily if he doesn't want to. Also, if you want him to upload daily so bad, maybe support him on patreon. If you already do, great.

I would like to say that I saw a tiktok explaining how female rats are smaller in size and when you look remi is smaller compared to the other males meaning he's trans so his dad was basically cool with a child who's trans but not one who's a chef😂❤

If you really neve judge a book by it's cover. Are you wiling to give try reacting to the TV show "My little pony: Friendship is Magic"? Some of what you said at the end is covered at some point in it. I would love to watch you at least trying it. I bet a lot of your followers will as well.
