Favorite part honestly was seeing that full day in action plus the normalcy of a messy kitchen/trying to cook and take care of yourself in between. You’re amazing Heidi!

Ahhhh yes! I need to show more of this. We do a lot of testing, try ons, and samples for each item!!! We craft each one so carefully!

My favorite part was watching the sheer number of decisions you make in a day with so much confidence and leadership. I admire that quality so much because I’m a self editor and I lack confidence in my decision making. You inspire me to get better at that aspect of life!

Ahhhh thank you!!! So happy you loved the video. I’m excited for your big venture-going to be amazing! Leadership took me time to develop and you can always always always improve! The biggest thing I’ve learned is not to micromanage…guide your team and hand it off for them to take it on. They are going to make little mistakes here and there. As long as you show them what they could do better the next time-it’s easier and less stressful because you’re not breaking down their neck lol. I would probably make a ton of mistakes if my boss was watching my every move.😅

Ahhhh thank you. I try to stay as calm as possible working with tons of people and teams. The reason for that is because if i were to bring stress, chaos, and anger into my meetings it wouldn’t make the work get done any better. That energy would just transfer over to my teams and departments. Nothing good comes from putting that type of energy onto your team.

You are literally the modern-day Wonder woman. It's amazes me how much you accomplish in a day. And, you still make time to work out. It's super inspiring. I loved all your moments in the kitchen cooking.

I’ll admit it’s a struggle. But it’s exactly why I have two days where I don’t take any meetings. So I can catch up on the back to back meeting notes from the previous days, work on projects, create my own content, go on work trips, etc!
