I'm so glad the cat survived 😊

My daughter and I watched this, she is 5 years old. We didn’t finish the video because my daughter started crying when she tried to drown the cat. I put in the search for short films for kids, I think u should put a warning on this, it’s pretty wicked, and disturbing.

Right?? I'm glad this had a fair ending but it got really dark for a minute. She went from 0-100 trying to forcibly drown and electrocute the cat. I know it's supposed to be a lighthearted cute animation, but 😬

pretty sure the team didn't intend to make their protag so irredeemably evil. the art and animation are great but the story telling legitimately made me hate seeing the short and not because it un-clear its cause it fails to convince me the girl and cat have a fair rivalry. just comes off as abuse and its rage inducing she gets away scot free, unharmed and the little demon didn't feel an ounce of remorse either, if the goal was to make me angry it did a great job lol. to be honest I can imagine why the grandmother would care more about the cat, it legitimately gave her more Ernest affection than the granddaughter ever did XD

What's great about this short animation like this is that it able to change the way how you feel throughout it. My reaction was like : 😑😒😕😮🤔😟😳😨😱🤧🙂😁

My daughter watched this movie and started cry very much after the cat was putted into the water… thus content not for kids. You should limit it for 12+ ages

This video depicts animal abuse at its very lowest. I can accept that the girl was envious that the cat got more attention, however right from the beginning she had no concept of even how to hold the cat (which already set up the basis of the mistrust the kitty had of her). The grandmother missed a golden opportunity to teach Molly how respect another living being with needs of food, play and companionship. Please remove this video - or place a warning stating this is not suitable for young children to watch....I might share this video with the ASPCA - come to think of it. This video has now been shared with the ASPCA and the RSPCA.

Hi! This is a well done short, but definitely not suitable for little children, as it teaches them to put an electrical device in water. Little ones like to imitate. Please put an warning sign that this not suitable for kids under 12 years old. -- Great little hirror movie for adults! Like American Psycho. That's a great movie too, but not advised for kids under 12.

I believe since the cat survived is why this hasn’t been taken down (for people with issues). It’s almost in Tom & Jerry fashion. The little girl goes after the cat. Now it is in fact animal abuse but at the end it is shown that the little girl is being punished by having to care for the cat. For people who try to say that the cat did nothing. Watch carefully. It made several menacing faces throughout (it may have been the child’s mind but it is an animation so…). To be fair it is an animation without any blood, I do believe it isn’t for kids. But teens and up for sure. Also, I love animals. Animal abuse isn’t ok. But this is a simple animation. Nothing real got hurt. More importantly nothing died. P.S. crazy how scared most animals are of vacuums. My dog and cat love it when I run the vacuum over them! A shop vac at that!

The cat did do nothing and innocently had no idea why. the girl was upset that he took a head off a toy. The girl found it scary that the cat took the head off the toy and was vomiting. These are all normal things and even not understanding them doesn't justify abuse. She then tries to club the cat to death and when that doesn't succeed, she tries to vacuum the cat up, who is playing on its tree and still is hoping maybe she will pick up the cat's ball and play with him. But she sees the little girl is determined to suck her up with the vacuum cleaner. She's jealous of the cat when the grandmother Goes to feed her her jealousy continues to mount as she breaks the vacuum cleaner open. trying to vacuum up the cat! Next time we see her, she's bagging the cat up, trying to trap the cat, bagging her up, Etcetera, Etcetera, and trying to kill her. there is nothing that can do that was wrong. The cat is not making menacing faces. It is being a cat.

As someone who love animated short video, this video is the one that I don't like. Glad I didn't watch this with my 5th y.o. little sister, she would cry if she see this. We have cats, we love animals in general.
