This looks delicious! I'm going to try it. But I have a question. When you are making the custard, the instructions on my screen say 500G Cottage cheese. But the listed ingredients in the description says Riccotta cheese. Which one do you use???

Бесит только, что обычный творог стал проблемой.
Really nice, quite original. If I may be very bold. The base would perhaps benefit from a short blind bake before the stage of adding the cherry filling, you can see the dough is a little uncooked inside. But superb in every other way. Well done and thanks. I will be making this for our café and I'm sure it will be popular.

Use Google to convert measurements. And not all measuring cups have the same size. It isnt a very accurate way of baking. Fill one of your cups with something like flour then weigh it. Ricotta and cream cheese are interchangeable in desserts.

Bom dia tudo bem? Quero muito fazer essa receita, mas esse ingrediente após o limão ralado, é a pitada de sal que está na descrição? Parece que a quantidade é muita não? Tive a impressão. Obrigada
Испекла я этот торт. Очень красивый получился. Но... вместо вишни использовала смесь фруктов. Hüttenkäse заменила на Frischkäse, остальное делала всё по рецепту. Дигустировали гости- слой фруктовый сон бы меньше быть. Слой из Hüttenkäse сделаю просто творожным или из йогурта. Грубоват за счёт белка и крахмала получился. Вообщем поэксперементирую.

Are you sure that's cottage cheese? It kinda looks like Ricotta or Mascarpone cheese. In the USA our cottage cheese doesn't look like that. I would love to make this recipe but need to know if I can substitute the cottage cheese.
