A Busy winter’s day at Salzburg Mozart airport. Planespotting in 4K, snow & wet runway action!
This video includes arrivals and departures aswell as some ground action from Salzburg W A Mozart airport taken from the airport viewing area and the mound about a 5-10 min walk away which has a good vantage point of the runway and also the ramp and taxiways giving you a good view of most of the action.
The spotting locations are fairly easy to get to and appear on online spotting websites telling you how to get to them
Filmed on a Saturday which is by far the busiest day of the week here at Salzburg that the terminal finds it difficult to handle!
Started off very windy on the swooping runway approach round the beautiful mountains including some go arounds. Which I did a go around on arrival the day before. Then onto straight in arrivals on the opposite runway due to visibility issues caused by a snow storm that rolled in
