A Broadway Tribute at Central Park (Sunday by Stephen Sondheim)
Shrikanth and I randomly bumped into this crowd in the middle of Central Park. At first, I thought it was a singing flash mob of sorts, but it turned that we were surrounded by a group of professional Broadway singers singing this in tribute to Stephen Sondheim, who had passed the day before.

Why do we have so much crap and juke-box musical bilge on at our theatres when there are beautiful songs from exquisite shows like this? SITPWG is one of the finest things ever written for the stage.
Another group--led by Lin-Manuel Miranda--did the same song in Times Square.
Singing in a mask, outdoors. How ridiculous.
