I'm so glad that you covered this film. Granted, I got introduced to it in a roundabout way by the GTA IV premiere trailer in 2007 which had Pruitt Igoe as the backing track and obviously took a few cues from the film itself. I found out about Phillip Glass and then about this film. Showed the scene with the track in high school film class once. EDIT: On another "video game helping me find out about an experimental film" note, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri heavily features footage from Baraka. Granted, I really only watched the secret projects from the game because it was maybe a bit too dated by the time I got around to playing it twenty years after release, but it's interesting that it happened at least twice.
