You made it sound like Kolo was mad at Wenger for telling him not to tackle, so he tackled him out of anger. In actuality Wenger was standing in the middle of the pitch and Kolo was following a high pass and didnt realise it was Wenger that he was about to tackle.

I'm a year late but it's not completely inaccurate. Many Ivorians consider Abidjan to be the actual capital, or at least the second capital, since it's the largest city, the country's economic hub and the seat of the government.
