Pile 2 here- When I listened to this last time, I was shocked because my narcissistic and abusive mother just dropped by to my house, after not seeing her for longtime and she went back on the same day. Past days I was feeling conflicted because I realised I don’t carry any hate towards her anymore. It took me 3 days to analyse my feelings and finally forgive her today.
