I work with a lot of individuals on a monthly basis looking for new bikes, the vast majority of which end up purchasing bikes with a complete array of contact points which are totally unsuitable for them that they often have to pay to change. It’s super frustrating having the same conversation with clients about unsuitable crank lengths and bar widths when actually the bike industry could set it self up to easily change this experience for customers.
