A Beautiful Harvest On my Vegetable Farm
In today's video you get to see my mom, girlfriend Sammi, Frank, and myself all work as a team. I start out doing some irrigation in the potatoes to start off. Later we get into the harvest of onions and eggplant. Then to finish off the day we all lay so more irrigation pipe through the tomatoes.

My father was born in Swoyerville, Pa. This town was close to Wilkes Barre. He grew several varieties of onions and they were beautiful. When I see your beautiful onions and your bountiful fields, I remember him. Thanks for another great video.

American farmers: organized, resourceful, inventive, opportunists (in the best sense of the word), conservationists, marketers, producers, proud keepers of tradition and heritage, and standing ready to feed We, the People!
Always wanted to own a farm and this looks super labor intensive yet very rewarding at the same time. Good luck on your harvest this season.
Gratz on 20k subscribers!
Sammi said it best, everything is "absolutely gorgeous", the sweet corn, egg plant and especially those onions. I love how y'all use old tractors. Take care of them and they'll be running when the new ones are long gone.
Thank GOD to all farmers-----always wacthing your vlog.
Sami’s right. Everything’s GORGEOUS at Broyan’s Farm and thanks to this video, I realize my onions are in too deep! 🙁 😉😉😉
thank you it's hard work
You Work Hard ALL year round for this time of year. Harvest time is an Exciting time and it’s where the Fruits of your Labor Payoff. 👍🙏
It's good for people to see what actually goes into growing food. Thanks for all you do.
I watch you all the time, I love gramps it’s his personality, and being with family awesome..❤️❤️
Absolutely gorgeous farm and produce. :)

Another great video.
Thise corn cobs you said arent ready for 4-5 days yet are my favorite and those which are ready i dont like at all i like young ones the most
Ok i love watching your videos, Give Sammy the control of the camera and make her the team leader in the field (coached by you on what the daily duties have to be done and watch the subscriber's jump because men like seeing women working and women like seeing other women in control are better for business) women have a passion about other women who control and will be more likely to share your KZread channel with their friends . .... It can't hurt trying something to boost views and subscribers. Make sure you explain to everyone that due to the workload your time needs to be focused on projects/duties to for fill the needs on the farm. Sammy does a good job with the camera and mount it on a four-wheeler so everyone see how much you have to maintain and the workload on all the family. Sorry if i stepped out of line telling you this , but i see you have so much and your only at 20k while i seen andrews posting last year in sept at about 75k and Callie his daughter came into the weekly videos then by jan this year he went over 100k.
♥️♥️♥️❣️❣️
nice harvest
Andrew from the Veggie Boys was crying when you threw the ears on the ground and did not sample them😂😉
حصاد رائع
I use sweet onions. I can buy sweet vidalia onion sets. Today I took 10 onions and made a pot of onion soup. It was mouth watering. Sweet corn here is around $8 a dozen. Farmer markets are jam packed and if you go back at the end of the second day they are all just about wiped out. So people are leaving grocery veggies sit and going back to the farmers markets.
I would love to see an interview with your grandpa . So much history. Your video format is good . Always good to see everyone.
👀👀👀👍👍👍
You should put a go pro on Daisy, to see what she gets up to
Hey Logan, farm is looking good. Looks like yawl need rain as well. Great onion harvest! Here in Texas we plan in December and harvest in May. We harvested around 400 and hang in netted bags in the cool mud room. They will last up to November. This weekend we are taking some that are getting close to soft and caramelizing and canning.

@@BroyansFarm We will be planting our fall winter garden around mid September. Still going to be hot until the 2nd week of October so the shade cover will stay. We can harvest all the way to mid and late December. Crazy.
Have watched The Veggie Boys since the start of Covid-19, but have just found your channel. You have a very tidy farm!!! Here in New Zealand, I've been growing 5-6 acres of sweetcorn every year for 20 years now. But in the last 5 years have started selling spud, lettuces, broccoli, cabbages and much more and we only sell at our 4 local Farmers Markets. You are definitely still a week away from picking the corn you showed us. Silks need to be quite brown before you even look at them. Do you use herbicides to control the weeds in your crops? Keep up the great channel.

Thank you for watching & enjoying my channel 😃 we do use herbicides but not much!!
On the sweet corn look for dark brown hairs before picking, just a Tip

Hi watching from Trinidad 🇹🇹. How many acres do you farm?
@BroyansFarm

We farm 150 acres thanks for watching!! 😃
DOES washing vegetables make them go rotten faster? Or, should the consumer wash them right before they use them?
Would it be easier to use scissors on the onion tops instead of a knife?
How long it take from planting to harvest?

Depends on what it is, but it can be around 4-5 months
Do you plant onion seed or seedling?

Thank you. I have tried to tell my friends that you probably didn’t have to work out. I was raised farming and I was pretty stout but never had to work out. Wish I could still do enough farm work to stay in shape. I’m 63 so muscle comes harder now lol. Seeing your new videos post is the highlight of my day. I’ve watched all your older videos at least twice now. So awesome.
Why you whack that 🐝?? Poor thing.
Why cut onions in the hot field. just cut them inside.
From all the onion youtube videos I've seen you are doing onions wrong
Who is Sammi and is she single? She sure is cute and likes the farm life, I have a son about her age...:)

Stop wasting food. You know it won't be ripe, you don't have to pull it off the stalk to know if its ripe.
You threw how many ears on the ground what a waste. You could of taken that home. Clean and put in frigerator and when you check again you will probably have enough for dinner. You have never done without a meal young man.
WHY DID YOU KILL THE BEE?.... NOT necessary. It was not a threat to you. As a farmer they are relevant to your success. We love your videos but that was not cool. Respectfully R&C
