In [1-3: Mestia], the Ushguli scenery was processed as a trailer in advance.
[1-4: Mestia] provides a detailed clarification of Ushguli.
So, first of all, this video to be posted up is ‘[1] The way to Ushguli’.
It took 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to Ushguli by Marshrutka, 48km south of Mestia, but the reason why the video image of the journey to Ushguli is shown a bit long is that the two-thirds of the road to Ushguli is clearly different from the road conditions seen in past travelers’ videos; while the two-third was a paved road, the one-third was unpaved, rough and bumpy.
It is truly ironic that the watchtowers built to keep the outsiders at a distance and to monitor their approach are now attracting the attention of curious travelers to the hermit kingdom, like me, who lives in a country far from Georgia.
As an outsider, the way to the village that had been isolated for centuries was full of cliffs on the right side of the road, so I held my breath and kept silence, trusting only the experienced Marshrutka driver who had only driven the Mestia - Ushguli route.
On the way to Ushguli, the spots where the driver stopped his own Marshrutka to take pictures were considered photo spots with beautiful scenery.
The last of those photo zones where I took landscape pictures was the entrance to Ushguli village.
Even if it was mid-May, the scenery of Ushguli village, which was surrounded by snow-covered mountains and had an overwhelming ambiance of mystery, seemed to arouse my curiosity still more.
♣The Review of the Travel to Ushguli♣

그래서
이번 영상은 먼저 ‘Ushguli로 가는 길’입니다.
Marshrutka를 타고 Mestia로부터 남쪽으로 48km 떨어진 Ushguli까지 가는데 2시간 30분이 걸렸는데 가는 과정을 좀 길게 보여주는 이유는 Ushguli까지 가는 도로의 3분의 2는 과거 여행자들의 영상에서 봤던 도로사정과는 확연하게 차이가 난 포장도로였던 반면에 나머지 3분의 1은 비포장도로로 거칠고 울퉁불퉁했기(Rough and bumpy) 때문입니다.
외지인과의 거리를 유지하고 접근을 감시하기 위해 축조된 망루가 이제 Georgia와는 멀리 떨어진 나라에 사는 나 같은, 은둔의 왕국에 대한 호기심 많은 여행객의 시선을 끌어들이고 있다는 것은 참으로 아이러니합니다.
그런 외지인으로서 수세기 동안 고립된 마을로 향하는 내내 도로 우측은 천길 낭떠러지여서 숨죽이며 Mestia ㅡ Ushguli 경로만 운전해온 노련한 Marshrutka 운전기사만 믿는 심정으로 침묵을 지켰습니다.
Ushguli로 가는 도중 Marshrutka를 세워 사진촬영을 하도록 운전기사가 배려해준 곳들은 경치가 아름다운 포토존들로 여겨지는 곳들이었고
그 포토존들 중 마지막으로 풍경사진들을 촬영하게 해준 곳은 Ushguli 마을의 초입입니다.
5월 중순인데도 눈으로 덮인 산맥에 둘러싸여서 그런지 수수께끼 분위기가 압도하는 듯한 Ushguli 마을 전경은 더욱 호기심을 부추기는 듯했습니다.
