I love the KV-122, I've had some of my best matches in it, 14 kills a zone cap, victory and didn't die, pretty damn good for a pleb like me.

I know the 85 is much more viable because of the reload, but I honestly prefer the 122 just because I don't have to risk getting trolled by the Panther turret's volumetric hell

The Russian 122 is one of my favorite weapons in the game. Annihilating panthers through the Upper front plate is just straight dopamine.

Back when I used a soviet 5.0 lineup I used the SU-152. Always funny.

Germany 5.7 has by far one of the best line ups at that BR, but by far some of the worst players in the entire game.

This tank is my all time favorite. Good for sniping, and when in close quarter, the reverse speed was good to getting back into cover to reload, but I think they changed that.

The hamster also casts spells: Wingardium Leviosa-when packet loss is so bad that tanks start floating Apparate(teleporation spell)-the snail gives the tanks the ability to apparate(rubber banding effect when the server is acting up) Confundus- packet loss confuses pilots, usually causes them to pancake Gemino(object multiplication)-happens when the server is acting up and the minimap causes markers of scouted enemies to multiply. Disillusionment Charm-Dead tanks somehow derender and only a flame is left, the tank is still physically present and you can bump into it. Bedazzling Hex(invisibility spell)-tanks derender.

That thing you said about germany not recapping points is so true. I blame their sluggish vehicles and lack of a light tank at that BR. VK and panthers having a 3º/s turret rotation, jagdpanther and nashorn have no turret.. basically only tiger is left to do all the work... That's why so many people still bring 3.0 pumas in that BR Try playing with that horrible 5.3 jumbo M4A3E2. I doubt anyone can get an ace with that horrendous gun

Im not joking. That 75mm Canon with 91pen solid shot at 5.3 is hot garbage. At 4.3 is king, but 5.3 or 6.3 is super trash. Perhaps a challenge going stock ammo like he did with m18

I wasted my money on 50 loot boxes back then to get this Thank, confused it with the KV-220. But I ended up really liking the KV-122, even managed to buy the 220 later.

Honestly from someone who fell in love with the 5.7 m18 line up, then German 5.7, Russian 5.7 with the su122p and kv122 is one of the most fun and enjoyable lines I’ve played in this game ever it’s somehow always fun never hit or miss

Just make a tank out of sprockets and viewports. you will be invincible

It's a lot different when your gunner doesn't aim in zig zags, or your driver actually shifts on time, or your loader isn't waking up to drink pure soy, or your repairs finish in ten seconds instead of five months or your range finder doesn't be like "greater than 800m" -no shit sherlock.- It's also wonderous to not have to be drip fed crew xp working out those ten billion xp necessary items and losing SL because of the crew.

I feel u dude, I shot a tiger directly in the side as an Is-4 and it did nothing and yesterday I shot a panther's upper plate with the 230mm pen shell and it bounced n I was like sure thing Gaijin

Bought this beast a couple months ago and its been one of my favourite tanks to use. I play it more like a TD since it’s armour is pretty meh for its B.R especially up tiers but I’ll still get a couple kills with it easy till im scouted or bombed lol

Trade offer - You get a shell that will upper front plate a panther every day. But you get a 20 second reload and you still can't pen the 400mm of gaijin plot armour on the side of panthers and tigers.

I know this is a year old and this might seem weird but this was so helpful I bought the kv-122 for a *starter tank* only cause me and my brother play everyday so he is in 5.3 with France but this was SUPER helpful and this definitely deserves a sub

Man i'm kinda new to this game and i started with russian tree after couple hundrets of battles i bought this tank and sherman one at 5.3 . I love this thing with all my heart 1 shoting everything ❤ and also the sound of the gun is pure orgasmic

KV-122 is a point and click adventure defined.

This thing is a great in 5.3 downtiers, where overconfident Panther D and PzIV l/70 players think they’re indestructible snd basically serve themselves on a platter to you.

To be honest, this was very relaxing to watch

2:30 this happens too often. Sometimes teammates ram you just driving to a wall. Not like you are in the way to anywhere. I bet these are so frustrated for the previous match where they were owned that they want to annoy teammates in return.

Had a game today where a T-34-57 was bullying an ASU-57, i just dont understand some people

I usually prefer faster firing gun because im being gaijined too much (like that no pen on side of tiger) but damn one shotting is fun.

This tank makes me a better player, because the reload rate stops me from overextending.

I used to love the 122 (apart from reload), but I find it really inconsistent now - shots that should be easy one shots end up doing almost no damage at all etc.

THIS, i bounced so many shots on tiger hulls and panther ufps. I penned a panther mantlet and the mg38 absorbed ALL the shrapnel, making the breech yellow

I am running into the same recently with german tanks. Those side skirts on Panther and Tiger are eating up 122,PT76 Heat,US76 and so on and i having 0 pens or little damage despite the HE filler where in the menu/armor pen it is a clear kill.

The shell for the kv122 is so iffy, it turns on the one shot then turns off the one shot mod

You should play the kv2(zis-6) its really good decent reload and an absolute unit of an aphe and can upper plate a jumbo. And has insane angle physics it just wont bounce

@@ViralMag_Ravager It's a lot like the Firefly, in that the gun was never designed to be put in a tank, let alone inside a proper turret. Its more of a Cludge that kinda works and was needed to deal with the "Big Cats".

At 6:40 the tiger isnt burning, it's the dead guy behind him that's burning, making the tiger look like its bruning

Ripper203 is a streamer and friend who has a really special place in my heart. He was one of the people to convince me to start streaming and mentored me through Escape from Tarkov. We used to play together but he couldn’t play as often as I could. So, I kept a little BR window open for the BR that he left off of! (He also sounds like frankieonpcin1080p but even more handsome)

Hearing OddBawZ saying "the armour is not very good on this thing" while talking about a USSR tank (that are generally volumetric hell to shoot at), and often is facing guns that have absolutely terrible angle pen. My cup of tea almost came back out my nose, so thank you for that OddBawZ ^^

volumetric hell only really starts with the IS-1, the tanks with the KV hulls are really easy to kill, plus this things turret has two giant 40mm weak spots o the front of it

USSR tanks are only volumetric hell when you specifically decide to shoot the volumetric hell. All KV and IS series have the same huge flat lower front plate that almost any 4.7+ tank can pen without any issues.

If it helps to alleviate the upset. I didn't write it, but my mind was mostly thinking about facing the endless hordes of T-34 and KV-1 tanks when against them with vehicles that have "just enough pen" on their rounds. So all the armour overlaps just say nope (mostly happens in uptiers, which happen often). I don't struggle to take them out when: - Firing rounds that have more pen than needed. - I have time to aim. - I am concentrating enough to successfully snap shot/panic fire at weak spots.
