During my South African adventure, driving through the #Swartland, I had the chance to attend Adi Badenhorst tasting - unveiling the pure craft and the purity behind the wines, we dived into Chenin, Cinsault, Grenache, Shiraz and many more such as the splendids White Blend and Red Blends with a huge focus on old vines. Here all is whole bunch-handled and worked in concrete tanks, open wooden kuipe, cask or 4000L foudres. Such a magic land for real wine lovers
