In 2008, Adi and his cousin Hein bought a 60-hectare piece of land in the Paardeberg. This land is the home of A.A. Badenhorst Family Wines, where Adi makes an impressive wine range that expresses the rich, ancient soils that produce it.
Adi joined the Cape Winemakers Guild in 2005. Among his many treasured experiences as part of the Cape Winemakers Guild, Adi fondly remembers his collaboration with fellow member Duncan Savage, which resulted in the creation of the Love Boat red and white auction wines.
An ever-evolving vigneron at heart, Adi believes in putting a hundred per cent into everything he does, from the vineyards to the cellar.
