She seems so much more mature and self assured at 23 than when I was her age. I hope it works out for her ❤

Sprouht, I have listened to this about 56 times. No joke. If we ALLOW ourselves to SLOW DOWN, we can REPROGRAM our subconscious!

Just for me personally, I needed to live on my own and find out who I was and develop myself as a young adult before I chose to commit to another person.

I think she's very young. There s no problem in living together but buying a house is really risky. We don't know the conditions of that buy.I think 🤔 she's not risk averse as she says. But she's young...

@@steveyobs551 may I ask? What made you decide to buy a house so young as opposed to renting? Also, how old are you now?

@@sbella6719my parents rented and we moved a little further away every year when the rent went up. I hated moving and I had a steady job right out of trade school. My first house was post 2008 but I don’t want to say how old I am

@@steveyobs551 ok for me it was the opposite. My parents bought a house in the mid 70s (in a time when most people stayed in the same house for a life.) I just remember all the maintenance and other problems that went along with homeownership and it deterred me from buying a house for years. As a teenager I dreamed of moving into a city apartment. Ok, I was just interested in what era you bought your first house. That's what I should have asked. Thanks for answering.

Buying a house with a boyfriend... not very smart. It's probably going to be completely his if you ever break up.

So after she and her boyfriend just bought a house together, in 3 or 4 years she should tell him that she wants to live alone. Interesting, buying a house together use to be a big deal but I guess it isn't anymore.
