This structure is done with lots of considerations, the contractor sounds knowledgeable and conversant with his work. Again thanks Nick for educating us. I wish I knew better before I started my construction.
This builder is gold. Wow i need this builder in South Africa. I see steel doors and windows are used prevalently. People must try Aluminium and wood doors are extremely lovely as well.

Steel doors and windows are cheaper than aluminium ones here in Kenya

The best stones come from Maai Mahiu. They must be more affordable than precast, until I see the numbers
