This was "rented" many years ago by the "personal finance chief " for the Pahlavi family (Iran ) He had a stunning wife but he trusted no one .Her and their son would take a Private Jet to one of the Spanish islands etc and he would fly on another jet an hour later etc etc .Son was really nice . He looked like he wore the same clothes everyday .In fact when he went shopping he would buy 20 pieces of each etc and keep a few at some of the properties he "had the use of " . The money this man was "looking after" runs into the billions of dollars . He seemed to very well "connected" !! One or 2 interesting visits to that house ...:-)

Unfortunately, someone always feels a need to chime in with unproductive commentary. I would offer one piece of constructive feedback, however. Please take your shoes off when entering these gorgeous homes; it’s the ultimate show of respect for both the home and the owners.

Is this Walton street, probably grade 2 listed? I would have thought they would have invested in better finishes for 12M. On the plus side it’s neutral and ready to move in, if you are not fussy on design.

The property is just approximately 40 metres from Harrods (Prada Cafe) , and if its just £12 million , that is a very reasonable price. ❤

Let’s face it for that price you could get a home 10 times better in size and statue and plus the added incentive of minus the central London exhaust fumes and 1000’s of people loitering outside your home . Personal preference I guess.

What rubbish value for money. I own a 6,500 sqft home with an acre of land, swimming pool and wide countryside views and my property is worth £2.5m.

I subscribed then unsubscribed, his English is too terrible for me. For a start, "I am stood here", "I am sat here" was just to much for my poor ears.

Boring house. With potential, repaint and a more welcoming kitchen.
