A 100km Hike: The MacLehose Trail in Hong Kong
During our Chinese New Year Break, a couple of friends and I decided to challenge ourselves by hiking the whole MacLehose Trail in one go. While exploring Hong Kong's natural reserves, we documented the process over four grueling days and created this film.

Way to get the trail done in 4 days, you're beasts! Fun to see your trip and relive my hike. No shame in taking pain pills, ibuprofen is part of my daily diet while doing multiday hikes. Let's see some of Hong Kong's other trails.

Cool video guys, cheers on finishing the all thing! Planning on doing the treck during this upcoming Chinese New Year. What did you do for food? Did you carry everything on your back or were there shops/restaurants farly close to the trail?

hey! there are the occasional restaurants close to the trail but we brought most the food with us on the trip. hope that helps.
