@@Bigbacon As someone with three marks on their Tiger 1 (9 stripes) and regularly hits that thresh hold without even trying, Tiger 1 is not a bad tank, but it has one hell of a high skill ceiling. I play mine like a fat medium with arthritis. I DO NOT play it like a heavy tank unless there is no one else on the team that can do so (even the M4A3E2 Jumbo is a better heavy tank overall than the Tiger 1, and it is a tier 6 medium tank).

t-29 recently got a gun nerf ( from what i was told ) and t-29 has terrible hull armor but world of tanks now you can grind against bots and be easy tier VII+ in less then 100 battles (crazy i know)

what this reply shows is just how ridiculously fast heavies have become. 5 years ago and longer, that would not happen. the heavys are so slow to move the LTs and even mediums could actually out turn their turrets and turn speeds. You just can't do that anymore as they are all just so fast except maybe some of the really old originals.

For these type of games to exist, there have to be exceptionally stupid players both on your team and the enemy team. On your team so that they don't farm the stupidity that's taking place in front of you, and on the enemy team to throw themselves in front of you one by one by one without any thought.

Or maybe all you need is an insane broken OP tank that is getting matched against lower tier tanks. TS-54 is as broken as BZ-176 - it just doesn't get the same results because a much wider part of the playerbase has access to this tank. In principle, every player can get it (unlike the BZ-176).

@@Jonas-sg9uq I wouldn't go as far as comparing the TS-54 to the BZ-176 or calling it "insane broken op". The TS-54 is good, but the Obj. 703 version 2 is so much better. With it's great gunhandeling, having the potential for a 780 alpha damage salvo, being able to overmatch all 40mm plates and have better armour. Having said that; the 703 doesn't even come close to how OP the 176 is.

Since you gotta destroy the last enemy tank with your last shell logically it won't work with a double shot since you're firing 2 shells rather than the last one remaining

Knowing WG probably the second last shell does the killing blow and the last shell riccochets of the dead tank. Probably you cannot get the Fadin's medal with double shot. Good question though.

It will count. The way the double barrel mechanic works, is by calculating the damage values, angle of penetration and penetration values seperately. That's why it's possible that one shell bounces and the other penetrates, or one rolls high and one rolls low. Dealing the final blow with the last remaining shell of your tank should be an implication that the enemy shouldn't already be a one shot if you have 2 shells remaining. Know your avg. alpha damage. If you know it will take 2 shots to kill with the amount of hitpoints that remain and you have 2 shells left, a double WILL count! If you're asking if firing a salvo at a tank that is already in one-shot range, then ofcourse not. Logically speaking, one shell will penetrate, deal damage and kill him while there's still another shell into the mix.

No cap kill all, gone wrong again 😂. That French arty and HellCat both fast, could easily driven to cap and won. Rock on Tankers 🤘😎

I swear some people really have just too much money. Like it is just so incredibly stupid to load full-gold, ESPECIALLY since with the second ammunition loadout from the field mods and Intuition in the game. With all the credits full-gold players waste in a year, I bet they could get Workshop tanks like the Lion for free. Or just buy crew books from all the credits and boost your crew to the next level. Firing full-gold basically has 0 advantage, especially if you are in such a nice matchup like this.

And when you are a player that has permanent premium account, has no lines to grind anymore (and thus has no need to buy new tanks or modules), is a decent player and is playing a decent amount of T8/9 premium tanks then you simply CAN afford it and stil make a profit... After all, yea, crew books are nice and all, but after the 3rd or 4th skill or so crew skills just are not very useful anymore. An additional 20% penetration however.... Thats not to say i approve of full-premium ammo use, to the contrary. I think it kinda destroys a lot of fun and balance in the game since a lot of tanks are more or less invincible to regular ammo by now, but are made of cheese against gold rounds (looking at you, Type 5). But that does not change the fact that its possible to go full-gold and i can't blame the players for doing it, i only blame WG for making it possible...

When a shell by definition has better pen its also by that same definition an advantage. And if you've got millions of credits to spend because even as a full-gold shooter you still make credit (also in part due to gold) then why wouldn't they?

You are wrong on this. With the higher pen of premium rounds you might miss the weak spot of a tank but will still manage to pen if the armor is not high enough. With standard round you might be at 50% chance but with prem. rounds it could jump to 70-75%. Prem. rounds also give you more velocity therefore more sniping abilities and if you have hundreds of millions of credit why not just spam them because you can.

I know WG needs money to maintain WoT, but I have little respect for those who pay for an advantage in a game.

Sadly, this the state of WOT nowadays. Lots of bots in higher tiers. This replay does not honor the game or player, on the contrary.

Just a broken, horribly unbalanced and bot infested game not worth anybody's money.

This is such a eye opening moment - they just sold the TS-54 on WoT Console edition and it's sitting at tier 9! And I can almost guarantee it's similar in terms of stats

I don’t have a lot of success in this tank but I’m only an avg player at best. Sure feels good to empty both barrels but it doesn’t happen often.

The TS-54 definitely got into a 1 in a million game where all the enemy heavies are paid actors, all of them just let him farm hull-down and freely shoot for damage. He then got lucky with the BZ-176 down to 1 shotable and some luck with the 6 tanks at base. I'll give it to him for those cheeky shots on the Tiger behind the dead tank. But all-in-all, I've only got into games like this once or twice in my 4 years of playing this game

Nah, definitely not 1 in a million. Even if they weren't paid actors and just avg players, he would still have won this game with ease. TS-54 is as broken OP as BZ-176, so tier VII can't really do much against him. Armor and dpm are insane, what else do you need to farm lower tier tanks. The outcome was pretty obvious and barely required any skill tbh

The enemy tanks come on like enemies in a bad kung fu film: One at a time and regularly.

The BZ-176 is the sole reason I finally decided to uninstall this game. I have no idea what WG was thinking.

Frenzy had plenty of opportunities to take tanks out of the game with the double shot and continued to use the single. The game was so close because of this decision.

My reasons for having WOT+ are the XP generating all day on a specific tank, the gold, and the daily reward.

@@Adam-hy1du i just started playing at the end of holiday ops bought the most expensive box pack for like $300 and have around 160,000 gold

wot + extremely useful if you just started getting the bond premium tanks and wanna squeeze out the max value out of credit boosters by playing premium vehicles (which make more money and TS-54 is one of them) another thing its great for is crew training if you are still pushing some new tech trees and now you need to play games with a crappy crew because you retrained it. It could offer twice as much crew exp but with this it at least takes around 4 days for the crew to be trained so you are saved from the stock crew at least. Alas, demount is very nice for new/grinding players which helps their economy a lot. Conclusion is they need better login rewards, especially day 5 and they need a much better exp output rate for crew. I highly recommend buying wot plus ONLY once or maybe even twice but not more than that because you will grind enough to stand on your feet thanks to TS-54 being a premium tank. You can also use TS-54 to get campaign missions as well if you want a strong tank.

i don't care if you OWN it - no tank in the game is worth 100 REAL dollars.

It is hardly a $100 dollar tank, it's simply a clickbait title, no one spends $100 a year on Wot+ for the tank rental, more people are most likely running it for demounting and the monthly gold, if you spend hours a week it almost pays for itself.

Always annoying to see hull down TS-54’s on maps that don’t give you opportunities to flank or ambush them. There are far too many positions in WoT where hull down tanks can stare down an alleyway without opponents on their sides. Siegfried line…

I don't think being able to demount bond equipment would have "destroyed" the game in any sense of the word. The difference between bond and bounty equipment is not that big.

I’d say upgraded bounty is almost the same as bonds. The real kicker is the experimental turbo. You get a turbo with improved gunhandling in one slot. I run the experimental turbo t3, bond rammer, and bond stabilisers on the bz176, and it’s absolutely disgusting. The thing has gunhandling like a normal gun almost with that crazy alpha. -37.5% dispersion, plus another -10% on gun traverse via skills, and -5% on vehicle traverse it’s nuuuuts

I'm on pace for about 12-14,000 gold in WoT Plus. For me, the demounting, the gold, and the silver are making it worth my time. I do not plan on having WoT Plus forever and 1 year will probably be enough. The TS-54 is fun and I like the armor.

I agree the gold is nice, but moving around equipment is the reason I kept WOT+ for a few months. I have to think though that equivalent spent on holiday loot crates would equal a lot more than 14,000 gold.

WG recently released this tank on console, and they kept all the stats the same except they made it a TIER 9 HEAVY 💀 it’s so bad nobody plays it. Shame.

I like playing the TS-54 but don't play it too often. Usually grinding ToTT tanks. I pay $9.07us a month and at the end of the year I'll have earned 26,000 gold. 25,000 gold is $99.99 + tax so to me that's worth it. More than enough to keep me in premium time for the year.

Why not give all the equal equipment? If new players can't get op equipment or op tank, where is the fun playing?

I dont even play the tank, moving equipment free is WELL worth $8 a month, I would be spending gold on that anyway. They could not include the tank and id still get it.

Wish I would get such a bot enemy team , they agree to get farmed by TS54 continuously and do not adapt at all.

After having played this tank for a month double shot is what makes this tank shine imo and I really think the reason this tank overall performance isnt good is because of the weakeness on its turret cheek which is fairly easy to hit forcing you rely on utilizing the double shot to your best ability

WoT Plus costs 8 EUR for 30 days. If you are an active player, it worth the value, as you get 500 gold per week, which means 2000 gold per month. So basicaly you pay 8 EUR per month to get 2000 gold - i repeat, it worth only if you are an active player. Beside this, you get this TS-54 as a rental, which is a great tier VIII premium heavy tank, free demounting equipment and those (not so important) daily rewards for log in, one extra slot for blocking maps. Overall, for me personally, after got all tanks in the tech tree and have more than 400 days of premium account, this 8 EUR/month worth it 🙂

Do we have all the main ingredients? Let's see: Top tier? Check. Dumb teammates? Check. Slightly better enemies than your teammates but still dumb enough to think that attacking you one at a time is a good idea? Check. Spamming a boatload of gold ammo? Check. And there you have it.

WoT is no longer fun it's aimed at those who can spend the most and ruins the balance which no longer offers a fair play game. Imagine you need to pay more extra just to get a better match the answer is no it's all about greed. Those who suffer the most are f2p users who doesn't spend at the game.

And he still managed to damage 14 out for the 15 enemy tanks

I would say that Fadin earned when the last enemy isn't AFK but playing the game and actively trying to kill you is perfectly fine, it might not be 100% natural medal but I would not say it is forced. Unlike with an AFK player, you do take a risk that the enemy will kill you.

Good like a lot of premiums in T8. After completely useless against t9 and 10. No not worth it.

I don't think Bounty, Bond and Experimental equipment benefit from bonus slots.

Played it a few times, not a bad heavy esp if u can get hull down, but thats just one of many tanks in this game that can do that. The exception is that it doesnt have the tumor on top that most US heavies have. But I opted for WoT+ more for the exp and gold bonus. Pays for itself in a way when you consider how much it costs to buy exp books and the gold to silver rate. For those complaining about the players, you can partially blame the promotion of high risk, high reward mantra promoted by many that encourages the pushy, greedy behavior. Then add in folks not understanding their tanks and side scrapping et all. At least that Tiger switched to HE to do some dmg to the TS-54. IF the t29 had done so as well, the outcome would have been much different.

This is the first time I see a good player in a ts-54. Normally I always see noobs in their UNPAINTED ts54 driving around aimlessly.

If it is a rental, you don't get the field mods with this, right?

Your right on the TS 54 being just a bonus.. I play it maybe 1-2 times a month, Same with the Gold, I got the WoT+ for the mounting and demounting of Equipment BUT your Wrong about having to switch it around when playing a bunch of different tanks You really only need like a couple of each Bounty piece Well really you only use 5 different ones of the sets that are used on 99% of all tanks AND there's a MoD that will auto switch them in the garage when you pick different tanks... AND the free crew training really is that much either AND don't work on Premium tanks using other tanks crews.. I took a 100% crew with 0 games and put in on there and just left it sitting.. So far from December 20th till today January 8 its now at 97% :( But you have to remember its on its first skill so if it was on say its 3rd or 4th skill it would take Month's or years to get another skill.... Guess its better than nothing but no one should think I'll get that and level all my crews to 6 skills in a few weeks.. Won't happen. Thanks Video ! ps. The tank is a good Tank BUT i have a ton of tanks to work on and new lines coming and to work on.. Sooo ?

The reason it doesn't have a very good record is because most of the people playing it are not very good. There are certain tanks that when I see them on a team I usually consider that team down a tank, the Super Hellcat used to be the top of the list, lately it's the Patton Tank, the other two are the Lowe and TS-54. Really bad players just flock to them.

True. In my opinion it is as good (and as OP) as the BZ-176. But unlike the BZ-176 everyone can easily get access to the TS-54, which explains the overall worse results with the the tank - like you explained before. So the result of this video doesn't surprise me at all... If he played against tier X he had to show at least a little bit of skill, but against tier VII? This is as difficult as playing against NPCs LOL

Such a game can happen IF all other gamers fit into the position as bad players. This includes his own team which has to be bad too or he will have no chance to do that many kills. It would also not work if he had to fight against T9 and T10. I have that TS-54, used it for about ten games and never touched it again.

For some reason stupid ass WG made this tank a tier 9 premium on console but didn’t change anything about it statistically.
