It is hard to dream a dream of a $1,000,000.00 Horse Barn, but here is one - a Million Dollar Horse barn on land - all new within 2 yrs of being built. The details that went into building this property is amazing. There is even a 6,000 sf guest building that holds up to two RVs and a Motor coach for out of town guests. Come see this 98 acres and a Million Dollar Horse Barn tour How to build a better horse barn on this KY Horse property. call or text me Ken - 859-494-5521 to get inside. 98 acres and a Million Dollar Horse Barn tour Kentucky Horse property. 859-494-5521 Ken Bluegrass Team EXP Realty. This is a full-on operating Horse Facility - all buildings, equipment and infrastructure 1 to 2 yrs new. SO much to talk about from the Electric Steel Entry Gates that opens up to the 98 acres - to the new roads throughout, 7 paddocks all with waterers, 22± miles of fencing. 60x100 all steel building, insulated, 6" poured concrete floor, infrared heaters (heat the objects, not the air), full bath, laundry, sink, stove, fridge, etc. The owners are using this building for a garage and living quarters for guests - like a Barndominium. There is an additional RV pad outside with a 30A and a 50A service, water and a septic system. I am not going to be corny here and say this is a one-of-a-kind offering, but you really need to come see this Saddlebred, Thoroughbred, Hunter-Jumper horse property. I guess the best thing about it is that it is all NEW - and done right. It would cost far more to replace or rebuild this property - with all this property has? yes. 100x60? metal building, 100x30? hoop building Want to live here? There is a Beautiful top of the hill building site. 100x60 metal building, insulated steel, 6? concrete, 2 rolling 16x14 doors, 2 rolling 11x12s with exterior RV pad with septic hookup. Heavy power. My barn is a fraction of this 60 x 34 and im at about 100k on it thats with me do most the labour . Stalls mats alone are 55 per mat ! Each stall takes at least 6 and the amount of land . Cathie B It's not on the market yet. I'm looking to be ready to list it in the spring. I will consider him when the time is closer "IF" he even does NE Alabama area. I like the idea he does UTube videos on real estate. I'm 50 miles south of Chattanooga. 15 miles or so to the GA line. And lol, my property isn't going to be anywhere near the prices of those million dollar homes. But it is nearly new, like I mentioned only 12 yrs old. My place is perfect for those into homesteading and all that goes along with that. I have a nice "No Til Method" large garden area right behind the house. I've been using it and it's in great shape all freshed up with compost and proper wood chips for this spring season. The property is also great for those preppers too wanting to be self sustainable because it's in a rural area, with 2 water sources along with county water too. All on a mountain area that not many people realize even exists. 5 minutes to a country store gas station & dollar store. 20 minutes to Walmart and to the very small town of Fort Payne. Everyone here farms and would defend in shtf scenerio if ever happened. There's Only few ways to get up here with deepest canyon east of the MS on one whole side of it. I love it here but Im needing to down size. All my children are grown and live in other states. But thank you for your comment.

Why is it so common to have the horses in closed rooms? Where I live noone would want that, stalls without windows are the cheapest to get, and noone wants that for the horse. Most people want paddockstalls for tve horses so that they can go in and out as they please. Fresh air, something to look at, possibility to take a sunbath. The most exciting stables are so called paddocktrails.

I do not like it at all I mean it looks pretty but I got a strange feeling about it it looks like sell boxes you know what a man's like prison cells it just remind me of a prison of some kind . They should I've had wood for stalls . I'm sorry but I don't like the barn I mean it looks nice as big as everything but it reminds me of a prison for some reason sorry about that but I guess the people that build it like it I just don't like it it gives me a very eerie feeling it reminds me of a prison

Nothing wrong with your opinion if you don't mind pouring money into repairs. It's built to be very low maintenance putting more time into the animals instead of the building. Wood is something that is constantly under repair, especially when horses chew. And it isn't fire resistant/proof! But to each their own

If you watch to the end , the stalls have a sliding door that opens on the outside so sunshine and a breeze can come through the stalls and horses can see out ! This winter with the doors closed keeps the horses more comfortable ! At the time of this video it was feeding time , but the horses are out in the paddock during the day !

Maybe not super luxurious but material seems different than other high end barns. Much price also goes into land itself. Other million dollar properties have luxury but not as much land as this. My guess anyway🤷🏻‍♀️ plus location def counts on price. I’m just thinking though not an expert.

That fencing is atrocious. Sheep fencing is one of the worst forms of fencing to use with horses, ESPECIALLY if they're shod. It'll take a lot of money just to pull that down and re-fence it. Yikes. They shouldn't even have that fencing anywhere the horses could possibly have access to, it's so dangerous.

The fencing is No climb not sheep fencing! The holes in no climb are 2” wide and 4”long and have small wire ties instead of being welded! Certain types even have extra wires that narrow the openings enemy smaller! This is literally the safest fence option for horses! Properly installed they will bounce off it harmlessly if they run into it! If they kick it will simply deflect the foot! Add to it the predator protection aspect and it’s a win in my book! Sheep fence which has larger openings 6”x 4” at the widest( top) and 2”x6” bottom. I will agree is not safe unless used in conjunction with a strong electric fence!

@@jamiegreen7537 you're absolutely wrong. This is incredibly dangerous, if a horse kicks or strikes their leg through with enough force, the fence will completely strip the leg. All the soft tissue. I've seen dozens of this type of injury, either from celled fencing like this, or from high tension wire, which is another extremely dangerous fencing type. I worked for a vet in Virginia, and the first horse ever to have a leg successfully amputated was by that vet, and from this type of fencing. If you're using this type of fencing, you're not nearly educated enough to even own horses.

I really hope this property is not even close to ready. Looks so terrible that its so pale. I hope you will plant trees to all the road sides and also other pale spots. Also having those huge rock areas is stupid and bad, its a huge waste of land. I hope you fix those. It would make the whole property better, more liveable, worthy and abundant. That looks poor. Also planting trees does a huge help for the planet and environment and to the whole world. Thats unnatural having those big pale areas, and nothing unnatural is ever good.
