You can actually make the 3v sound exactly the same as the 2v, all you have to do is mid-mount the mufflers but you can only do it with straight through bullet-style mufflers like LM1, LM2, S-Type, Magnapack, M80, etc. Flowmasters won't fit unfortunately :(

yeah. dont get me wrong, i liked the way my 3v sounded. but the way my mach sounds and the way my 02 gt sounded are so much better!

my 3v had slp lm axlebacks, my 2v had flowmaster super 44s with a bassani catted x. now my 4v has borla stinger catback with bassani o/r x. i looooveeee it!

@jhernandez000004 the mufflers in this video are the SLP loudmouth 1's. i had the powerflo's on this before and they weren't loud enough for me. before buying a whole new catback system why don't you try replacing the midpipe with an offroad xpipe or high flow catted x pipe it will make a HUGE difference.

@sabrom It's got a 350 out of a Suburban, rated at 210 stock. Comp 210 cam, the Edelbrock 650, longtubes, Accel distributor, Comp 270 cam. If I even put anything above a Comp 262 on that "305" of mine, the damn thing would stall at lights unless I was running 3.73+:1's. One wheel peel? I have the G92 rear that was optional on the 1986 Z28's, with 3.42 gears. Do you want a picture of a burnout I did not too long ago?

@jhernandez000004 your cats are on the midpipe and so if you buy an aftermarket mid pipe(H pipe or Xpipe) many brands have the option of high flowing cats or no cats. so no you don't have to. i passed emissions in washington with no cats, not sure what your emissions are like where you live.
