THANK YOU! Finally someone says how Lee Haney NEVER gets any credit or talked about much. Guys, Lee won 8 Mr O's!!!! Tied with Ronnie for most ever! Wtf?! And Lee is the ideal example for a male role model thru and thru!! Wtf?! Marine Mike 🇺🇸 💪

Ronnie should only have 5. 98 to Flex. Jay 2001 and 2005. I think Dorian should only have like 4. I think flex and Kevin beat him a couple times. These judges get obsessed with one person and they stick with them without remorse

Absolutely correct. Everyone that is serious about training, actually trains hard. It’s the diet that makes the difference in how you look. I’ve experienced this firsthand with my own body. I always trained hard but never gave the proper attention to my diet. Once I did, my body transformed but my training stayed the same. SO, my conclusion was that the diet is the game changer.

OMG, I grew up the exact same way in relationship to food. We learned to eat, and eat, and eat until it hurt. Your plate had to be empty and no one said anything about portions. The only way I really know when to stop is when my stomach hurts. It's a very difficult set of wiring to free yourself from. Now I have to use a calorie counter to tell me when to stop and I'm almost always just a little bit hungry when I'm done eating.

I've been working in construction and has worned out my body over the years, but I think stretching and being regurus with my diet since my teen age, has helped me but the years are here ! You've always inspired and when I'm bit down, I watch you and regain Inspiration! Thanks Mr Cutler 👍 Cheers for Switzerland and hi to Capone !!!

In my honest opinion it doesn't matter who has more Mr Olympia metals. Jay Cutler to me IS the goat! I was overweight for a long time and started hitting the gym and following a diet plan like his eating clean meals high in protein, moderate carb, low fat and actually ordering some trifecta meals of his to save some time meal prepping, I've been hitting the gym everyday and I've been losing body fat and building muscle and feel greater than I ever did. Dedication and discipline pays off in the end always! Thank you so much Jay for your knowledge wisdom and advice. You are my idle!! 💪🏋️‍♀️

I’d just like to say about the GOAT comments. I think it’s impossible to pick just one because there are so many variables to judge upon. However, I will say this. Jay is I believe the best ambassador to the sport that there ever has been. He’s always been respectful and very humble compared to others that haven’t even achieved the titles he has and demean others to make themselves look better. I think that alone puts him a little bit ahead of the class.

But If I had to chose between being born as Phil Heath or Jay Cutler I would chose Jay because I prefer 4 Olympias less but be the true no 1. ambassador of the sport and still be the most influential/most loved person in the fitness industry at even 50 years old. Well all good points about the use of the term GOAT. So just as the same with boxing you can break it down into 2 categories : - Greatest career ever (Lee Haney) - Best ever at any one point in time (Ronnie Coleman 2003) So for me : - Lee Haney has had the greatest career with 8 Mr Olympia titles with none being in dispute. - Ronnie Coleman was the greatest at any one point in time in 2003. Ronnie also had 3 Olympia wins that were in dispute (2001, 2002, 2005). Go through the 8 mandatory poses with anyone in history and to this day they all loose to 2003 Ronnie Coleman. In heavyweight boxing for me it is : - Greatest Career "Ali" - Best ever at any one point in time "Ike Ibeaubuchi" 1997.

I'm 65. Just started hitting the gym 1 year ago. I'm 5'11 180lbs. I had 13 inch biceps when I started. They are now a little over 16 inches. At my age, I think that's pretty good considering I take no supplements. My concern is my calorie intake. I consume about 2000 calories per day and have no desire to eat more. So I'm thinking I'll reach my genetic peak earlier than normal. I'd like at least 17 inch biceps. And I'm hoping to reach that goal without eating more food. That's my concern. I'm gonna keep working though. Because I think I can. Am I wrong?

Phil Heath was/is overrated. Jay's name will be like Arnold's 20-30yrs from now when talking about bodybuilding!

@@jasonbartholomew5838I was never a fan of Phil, never will be but to say Phil is overrated? Not even close. Jay was wider and probably thicker than Phil but Jay wouldn't won against prime Phil. Not even close. You could make a case in the front poses but sides and back poses? Phil was just too complete. The only one that can hang with Phil is Ronnie and beat him(way wider, thicker, taller and just as conditioned if not way more and he'll just overwhelm Phil). Yeah, 09 Jay was great(quads were on another level) but to say he could've won against everybody? Not even close. 09 Jay wouldn't touch 93, 95 Dorian, not even close.

30:35 Tia Claire Toomey and Matt Frasier. If you look at the number of events they both have won. The GIGANTIC gap between Matt and second places score the last couple years he competed and Tia having the most wins in her sport EVER for both male and female..............they need to be in the discussion at minimum.

@@CutlerCast Matt Frasier: 2016-2020 and Tia: 2017-2022 CrossFit Games winners. They were more dominant, especially Matt the last two years as he could have taken last place in the final 2-3 events and still won, like no other athletes I have seen in an individual sport.
