Joe, idk if you realized it, but if you stop to automatically (i'm suposing you are used to press R1 when defending) press R1, you will conceed less goals. Watch the video again paying att to your defending and u'll see that 90% of these goals were given by taking a CB out off the defending line I know its not the point of the videos, but i'm just giving an advice, assuming you didn't realize that Cheers bro! Learn a few formations, pay attention to where the opponent will move the keeper, don't sprint in the opponents half unless you are on a breakaway
